I have an idea for a tv series simmilar to Wishbone but it's different. I don't want to get into too much detail. I just want to know would a show like Wishbone even work in todays world?

What books exactly are you suggesting that could be re-done?

Why would they need to change anything. Why not re run the old episodes for the new generation. I know that it may not have wishbone having his own myspace page, but the basic stories were great.

I think that just showing the reruns would be good. I mean they are classic novels. If we all have to read them all in high school anyways (don't see that part of the curriculum changing anytime soon) then they might as well expose them to kids at a younger age. I can't wait until friday, because I just found Wishbone airing, and I get to see it again finally.

I think it might work but a lot of times when a show is redone it's not as good as the original
