  • Sara had to wait to the last moment to see who was on her side and who was against her. Gabriel finally got to see the Witchblade. A wide assortment of shocking events.moreless

I loved this episode for the twists and turns. Nottingham giving up his life was just sad but brought about so many questions regarding what Sara would do without him there for her. Then Gabriel telling Danny "Thankful I am, trusting I'm not"...didn't know what to think of that. Then there's the whole ending that besides people getting killed, the very end sucked. Not that I wanted a life without Nottingham but reversing time does nothing for me. So up until the last 10 minutes, this ep had me on the edge of my seat. Good times.moreless

    • The DVD release of this episode includes a mini featurette of Gabriel speculating on the events that happened after Ian2 killed him, including Sara resetting time. Gabriel apparently has some memory of his death, presumably gained when he touched the Witchblade in the second season episode "Static", and has his consciousness expanded by the experience. Edit
    • Lazar speaks to Sara directly for the second time, but this is the only time in which he passes along information about the powers of the Witchblade. The only other time which shows him speaking to Sara is the Witchblade telefeature, where he asks Sara if she's okay after Danny's funeral. Edit
    • When Sara puts on the Witchblade in the car with Danny the first time, it's still in it's initial, simpler form. When she puts it on in the car after she reverses time, it's in the form it took after Sara took full possession of it. Edit

    • Dante: (pointing his gun at her) Penny for your thoughts, Sara. Sara: You know, you pull that trigger, you'll be doing both of us a favor. But before you do, just tell me one thing. Why'd you kill my dad? Dante: Oh... 'cause he just pissed me off. Yeah, you know, every time he looked at me, he had this attitude, you know. Like, he, uh, had x-ray vision or something. You know, like he could see right through me. Like he knew more than everybody else. Yeah, a real expert. Sara: Well, if that's not a fine reason to kill someone, Captain, then I don't know what is. Dante: You see that? That's the attitude I'm talking about. You know, Pezzini, a lot of people say you're adopted. But you know what? There's no mistaking who raised you. Sara: Thank you. Dante: Your old man looked me in the eye one time and told me he was gonna take me down like you did a few weeks ago. And guess what? He was wrong too. Edit
    • Irons: (as Dante prepares to go after Sara) As you lay dying, Bruno, remember this: I warned you. Edit
    • Sara: (telling Danny to leave the Rialto) Let's get outta here. We've got time on our side... Edit

    • Irons: As for this worthless slave, throw him out into the darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. This is a line from the Bible, in the Book of Matthew, chapter 25, verse 30. Edit
    • Gabriel: This time next week, you're gonna be getting more hits than Napster used to. Napster was an internet music file sharing service created by Shawn Fanning while attending college and operating between June 1999 and July 2001. Its technology allowed people to easily share MP3 format song files with each other, thus leading to the music industry's accusations of massive copyright violations. Edit
