    In this episode of Without a Trace, the following happens. When a prisoner is being transferred to another prison, the van crashes and the prisoner is kidnapped at gunpoint. We learn his name is Alan Reynolds. We learn that when he was taken, he was on his way to testify. We also learn that he is in prison for 14 months for fraud. The team soon get word that in the next 24 hours Alan is planning on robbing a bank which has over $10 million in it. The robbery takes place and the FBI turn up before they can actually steal any money. Alan is not with them. We soon learn from the FBI tip line, that Alan himself phoned it in about the robbery. We soon learn from the prison doctor that Alan has terminal cancer. The team soon learn that Alan has a teenage son, and that he has been there to see him. Jack soon finds Alan sitting outside of his mother's house crying.moreless
