That case isn't usual - they soon get involved and even the bad guy gets to Jack's family. And the stakes get very high.

A reporter goes missing and it soon comes clear that the mysterious case she was working has very high stakes - there is a source who might know all but they are not sure who he is.. So the episode has really many layers, figuring out what the case she was writing was, then if they got that, who she was writing about and who had so much trouble against it..
