  • a little bit better than part 1

a little bit better than part 1. i thought this episode was going to be bad but i was wrong i actually liked it. once again Maxine ruined it. my point is part 2 is better than part 1. the beginning was pretty funny. that was my favorite part of the whole episode. i thought it was funny when they got to the club the club dude was being suspious on them. that club dude was funny. i liked him. i thought it was funny when Maxine told Jerry and Tressa that they went from New York to Hollywood and they didnt even care. that was the only funny part about the subplot. Now this season is turning out pretty good. overal a little bit better than part 1moreless

The latest episode of Wizards of Waverly Place had a few lines that I laughed at, I mean Alex is still creative and entertaining four seasons in, but this episode just did not really do it for me. Too slow moving, a lot of plot holes (the parents don't care that their two kids went across the country without them knowing?) and of course the new "Max" that is really starting to get on my nerves.

The show's final season started off so strong, but the last few episodes have really been disappointing in my eyes, especially including this one.moreless

Alex, Justin, Rosie and Harper go to an Angel's Club in Hollywood. Alex, Justin and Harper pretend to be angels with fake wings, but they are busted by a head angel at the club. When they try to convince everyone else they ARE angels, the others believe they are angels of darkness and everyone flees. Justin is sad that this 'date' of his with Rosie did not go over so well, and they have a nice chat. However, we learn something shocking; Rosie's wings turn black, meaning she is an angel of darkness. Unfortunately, Justin did not see this.

Meanwhile, Jerry and Theresa want to know where Alex, Justin and Harper are, and Maxine won't tell them. So, they try to get her to tell; by making her be in a beauty pageant. Maxine eventually does tell, but right now Theresa does not care and just wants Maxine to win the pageant, which she does.

The sub plot was kind of boring and did not do a lot for me. The main plot also did not do a lot for me, minus the last few minutes. The ending, when we see Rosie's wings change colors… wow, you just know that part 3 of this trilogy is going to be big. One of their other hour-long specials, Wizards Vs. Werewolves, was fantastic, so I hope the conclusion to this trilogy is great too. I'm expecting big things. Guess I just got to wait till next Friday to see how it all goes down. Final grade for this- B+moreless
  • Better than Part 1 of the "Wizards of Waverly Place" 3-part trilogy "Wizards vs. Angels"

    9.0
In my opinion, Part 2 of this "Wizards of Waverly Place" 3-part trilogy was better than Part 1. It was funny when Alex, Justin, Harper, and Rosie all went to an angels club and then that dude who was hosting the angels club was being suspicious if Alex, Harper, and Justin are actually angels. I didn't think the subplot was that good because Jerry and Teresa kept intimidating Maxine about all of the pageant stuff unless she tells where Alex, Justin, and Harper went to but she kept refusing to tell them. It was funny when Maxine was at the pageant and just decides to do it even though she already told Jerry and Teresa where Alex, Justin, and Harper went to. I kind of bugged me that Jerry and Teresa were focusing more on the pageant than being concerned where Alex, Justin, and Harper are... that just proves that they can be careless parents sometimes. At the end of this episode, Rosie's wings turn black which means that she is the angel of darkness. I'm so excited for Part 3 and I hope it's better than both Part 1 and 2 of this "Wizards of Waverly Place" 3-part trilogy. Overall, this was a superb episode. 9/10moreless
