EDIT

While Jerry and Theresa are away for a while, Jerry asks Kelbo to watch Alex, Justin, and Max. The siblings are surprised when Shakira, who they later learn is Kelbo, shows up. Meanwhile, Justin throws a party and uses Shakira to make people come to it.

I thought this was an excellent episode of "Wizards of Waverly Place". It's not my favorite episode but it was very enjoyable and I'm glad that Shakira guest starred in this episode because I think she is very pretty and she has some good music. Who can also forget about the hilarious Jeff Garlin guest starring as Uncle Kelbo?. This episode was funny but it was also weird. Uncle Kelbo being Shakira the whole time... what's not weird about that? it's pretty weird. Anyways, Uncle Kelbo being Shakira was a very funny idea and I liked it for the most part. Max (as usual) was very funny in this episode with his random talk and all that. Justin making a potion to make Uncle Kelbo stop being sick was disgusting because the gross stuff that Justin puts in there to make Uncle Kelbo feel better was just plain gross. Just having his party because Shakira was gonna be there was also funny. Shakira turning back into Uncle Kelbo with everyone in the party wondering how he turned into Shakira was funny. The very ending was hilarious as well when Alex and Uncle Kelbo were prank calling Justin. My score was just a little low because I thought a couple of scenes could have been better and I didn't like that Justin was going to almost turn in Uncle Kelbo... come on, they're family and you shouldn't turn your family in. Overall, a superb episode of "Wizards of Waverly Place". 9/10moreless

This episode was wierd...but SO funny!

This was such a strange episode but that never keeps me from laughing! Uncle Kelbo returns and Shakira makes a guest appearence, but as it turns out Uncle Kelbo IS Shakira! And no, I mean Shakira actually is Uncle Kelbo in disguise. It was so funny seeing Uncle Kelbo transform into Shakira and back repeatedly when he couldn't control the magical tranformation. And it's so funny when Alex tries to create a cover story and it leads to Justin getting mad when he finds out what is going on. It all goes out of control! And Max turning into a trash can was good too; Max mixed with magic is just hillarious and random. Although the duet with Alex and Shakira was a little too much, I thought Selena Gomez and Sakira's voices sounded prretty good together. And I liked seeing the entire cast in those Shakira-esque outfits; Selena looked hot, and Jerry and Kelbo dancing dressed like that was worth the laugh. And you can't forget the concluding "prank call" gag; never fails. This episode was a good edition to my friday night.moreless

This episode is the most strange I've ever watch. I don't know why Uncle Kelbo try to became Shakira and trying to date Justin and another original boy in high school. Shakira is kinda acting like Professor Umbridge in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" movie. HA HA HA, it's so unusual! Why Uncle Kelba try to became teenager girl? I guess Uncle Kelbo is trying to act very weird. But this episode is good. Shakira's face looks extremely weird than funny Uncle Kelbo. I laugh sometimes when I'm watching "Dude Looks Like Shakira". "Dude Looks Like Shakira" sounds funny and it feels funny.moreless

I Don't Even Know Shakira...

All I know about her is she is some famous singer, so in that aspect of getting a celeb we all know, IMO they failed. I don't even think I've heard of her. I liked the episode overall, such as Justin trying to be cool and have his senior moment, and stuff like that. I do think that the episode is somewhat forgettable though, it is OK but I did not think it was overtly funny or interesting, which is why I gave it a 6.0, also known as a C+ or so, at least according to how I grademoreless

The episode is a fun play of words on the Aerosmith song "Dude Looks like a Lady." And honestly this was a fun episode. You would not find anyone who would argue that it was the most clever, but it was an amusing episode that featured the great singer Shakira and the always funny Jeff Garlin, reprising his role as Uncle Kelbo. Kelbo adds so much to this show, just like he does on Curb Your Enthusiasm every week.

There were some funny moments, rarely will you see a Wizards episode without something you laugh at, but the premise was kind of stupid (and I say that having seen some of the other episodes of this show.)moreless
