Dean comes back for Alex, but she just broke up with Mason. So he tries to get her back by playing skee ball with her.

Pros: Dean is back and wants to get back with Alex.

Cons: Mason was kind of weird and kind of irked me. Why would he eat his ex-girlfriend's ex-boyfriend?

Also I prefer Alex and Dean than Alex and Mason because I like their adventures better.

  • Dean (Alex's ex-boyfriend) returns to get back together with Alex but Mason gets really jealous

I thought that this was a superb episode of "Wizards of Waverly Place". It wasn't my favorite episode but it was overall enjoyable. The things that made me score a little low was that the storyline is somehow a little weak and that Dean was getting a little irritating in this episode. Other than those things, this episode was still enjoyable. There were a lot of funny parts in this episode. I don't want to try to get in too much detail on what part made me laugh but Max is the one who made me laugh the hardest in this episode. Although, this part is somehow ridiculous but the fact Mason actually ate Dean was so funny and everyone freaking out about it was funny. There were so many more parts in this episode that made me laugh as well. Alex, Justin, and Max going inside Mason's body to try to find Dean was also very good and Alex seeing that Mason still loves her was very nice. The Alex/Mason relationship was definitely well developed. Although, they did break up in "Alex Gives Up", they get back together in this episode which is kinda irritates me because that's too quick for a couple to get back together. As for Jerry and Teresa, they had a couple of good lines in this episode. Overall, a superb episode of "Wizards of Waverly Place". 9/10moreless

Good episode of Wizards of Waverly Place. This episode got some serious points for having some substantial development in the end there with Alex going back in to the wizard school. Although I never really cared for Mason & Alex's relationship, this was still a good installment. I did think some of the things here were ridiculous. A werewolf eating his friend's ex-boyfriend? Okay, that's just too unrealistic even for a show about wizards.

Also I couldn't help but be reminded of the Magic School Bus, when they went in to his body was kind of lame, Selena Gomez continues to be the best thing about this show and she really made me funny tonight. Everyone else on this show still fails to make me laugh, especially Max. Fair episode, not a lot to write home about.moreless

alex and mason try to be just friends but mason gets jealous when dean returns. mason, as a werewolf, eats dean, so now alex, justin and max must get dean. at the end of the episode alex realizes she still likes mason and all mason thinks about is her. so now she plans on winning the wizard tournament (mortals can't date werewolves).

good episode and one of the few that actually made me laugh out loud. a good episode with a creative plot with some good jokes, and because of all of this my grade is in the high "B" rangemoreless
  • Best Season 4 episode so far.

This episode truly makes this show shine and it was the best episode of the season this year. It was funny, charming and a great little adventure. All 3 of the Russo kids are now in the competition to win it. Alex is now as confident than ever to win, but it's not for magic. She's doing it for her relationship with Mason. Dean was back and he was quite funny, and seeing him interact with Mason was funny. The acting was really good and the writing is good as always. I'm glad that the writers are finding new ways to make the audience enthralled and keep us laughing. Good episode, can't wait for the new set of episodes next year!moreless
