Tamie Sheffield, a native of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, made quite a wave (excuse the pun) as Sandy, one of the members of the tag team the Beach Patrol on WOW Women of Wrestling. She was first teamed up with a gal named Sunny (later to become the garage girl, Wendi Wheels) and then she teamed with a woman named Summer. The Beach Patrol were excellent in the tag team tournament, where they demolished the Daughters of Darkness, Mystery and Misery, but they were derailed by Harley's Angels, due to their devious means and dirty tricks. Peggy Lee Leather, a veteran of POWW and WOW, is a mean wrestler, both as Peggy Lee and as her WOW character Thug! Thug and Selina Majors have HATED each other since their POWW days, (as Bambi and Peggy Lee Leather) and the animosity spilled over into Women of Wrestling, where Selina was nearly injured by Thug's minions, Harley's Angels. Selina recovered and went through ALL three to defeat them all. However, Thug was always one-upping Selina. She smashed a beer mug in Selina's face, and her minions had decided to THRASH Selina in a holding cell. Not just any holding cell,mind you; but the holding cell of Caged Heat, Delta Lotta Pain, Loca and Vendetta. When Delta and Loca showed up, Charlie Davidson and EZ Rider proffered chairs so the Caged Heat group could destroy Selina, but they SHOCKED everyone by demolishing HARLEY'S ANGELS with the same chairs! EZ, Charlie and Thug were deposited like last week's garbage! Although they did not like Selina, Delta and Loca offered their help, since they saw Selina caged up, something the two of them hate. During a lumberjack match with which most of WOW's women were participating as Lumberjacks, Harley's Angels had decided to go three on one, (as usual) when Caged Heat came out and evened the score for Selina to thrash the rogue biker team! Finally, the tag team tournament match was Harley's Angels against Caged Heat. Thug was wont to interfere in her team's matches leading to some stolen wins. But in this case, there was an equalizer name of Vendetta who stopped Thug's cheating and allowed Caged Heat to win the belt. Since WOW's demise, Peggy Lee is still training wrestlers.moreless -
Selina Majors
Selina Majors
Selina Majors, a veteran of both POWW and WOW, is not called the five-time world's champion for nothing, you know. She is a woman who has taken chances and means to make sure she comes out on top. She was first seen as Bambi on Powerful Women of Wrestling, where her long-time rival was Peggy Lee Leather. She and Peggy Lee took that long-time feud to WOW, as Selina Majors and Thug. Their rivalry went on unabated, as Thug tried to break her leg, cripple her, cage her, the whole nine yards. Thug had her minions in Harley's Angels; but Selina had gained some unlikely allies in Caged Heat, a prison tag team composed of two inmates (later three with the addition of one Vendetta), Delta Lotta Pain and Loca, who absolutely had no liking for the biker group. During a lumberjack match, with everyone in WOW, somewhat participating, Thug wanted to end Selina's career forever, but she and her friends in Harley's Angels had not reckoned on Caged Heat coming out to aid their new friend. Later on, for whatever unearthly reason, Selina turned on Terri Gold, who she felt was not worthy of holding on to the title. She bashed Terri with a chair; then bashed Thug and the referee as well! When it ended, it seemed like Selina's NEXT feud was with Terri Gold herself! Since the show ended, Selina has been busy with her business holdings and trying to wrestle again! Hammerin' Heather Steele
She is billed as "Everybody's favorite Tool Time Girl", giving Bob Vila, Norm Abrams and others of their kind a run for their money. They say she can build a house up from the foundations, wire them, get them in order better than her male contemporaries, and she can also tear her opponents down with the same ferocity. She is Christina Colby and she is best known as Hammerin' Heather Steele of Women of Wrestling. As it turns out, Christina is very good in this role. She takes this blue collar woman, in the sleeveless T-Shirt and cut off jeans, and can make her fans raise the roof. She didn't win many matches, but she won legions of fans due to her sweet nature. She is known for her Hammer Lock, a wrist lock, aptly named, and her running powerslam, the "Power Tools" Since WOW ended, not much is known about Christina, but here's hoping we see her again soon! She was also seen as a dancer on the FOX series, Boston Public. Which shows the versatility of this wonderful actress.moreless -

Danger
She is best known as the sarcastic and very (dare I say it) dangerous former world champion of WOW Women of Wrestling, but that has not stopped stuntwoman Elle Alexander from making her mark in the world. Naturally, Elle is forever remembered as the weaponsmaster called Danger in Women of Wrestling, but she has also made guest appearances on 100 Centre St as a hostage and on the teen comedy One World as a wrestler who helped the kids deal with life in a ring. Yet, despite those credentials, her stuntwork helped land her role as the sarcastic weaponsmaster in Women of Wrestling. She was a very volatile wrestler, not known for trusting too many people! She ended up tag teaming with another loner wrestler, Riot, and in their only team appearance, they got defeated by Beckie the Farmers Daughter, and Bronco Billie. That led to Riot and Danger's enormous feud. Riot and Danger were always getting on each other's bad side, and since Danger was CONSTANTLY getting suspended, Riot overtook her as number one contender. Danger was angry with that, came into the Great Western Forum (where WOW was based) and took issue with Riot. She plowed Riot with a Danger Drop (her signature move) and effectively stopped her. She then challenged the WOW world champion, Terri Gold, and soundly defeated her. A week later, Terri, with some very unsolicited help from Riot, (taking advantage of a head on collision between her, Danger and the Referee) defeated the huntress to get the belt back. Danger was also treated with injury to add to insult. Riot, on a motorcycle, came and used her ball bat to nearly break Danger's leg (ripping the ACL) for her perfidy. Jane Blond
Ella Carter, a dancer and actress from London, England, brought her fame and skill as a female James Bond on the short-lived Women of Wrestling. Ella's character, agent Double-0 Heaven, Jane Blond, was a super secret agent from Her Majesty's Secret Service, and she could (and perhaps DID) give her male counterpart a run for his money. On WOW, however, Jane was a tweener, depending on her storyline. She could be a hero, or a villain, but either or, she always gave a fantastic performance. Her famous move was the "Kick of Death" another name for the Missle Dropkick! Jane would mount the turnbuckles and then dispatch her foe with a solid kick to the sternum! Rarely did ANYONE get up from that destruction. Since WOW ended, Ella has worked in England AND in America, she has done some Cadillac commercials in southern California, but when we will see her in the wrestling ring again? Only Jane will tell and she is not telling!moreless -

EZ Rider
Eleanor Kerrigan was a blast as one half of the biker riding, pool-cue wielding tag team called Harley's Angels. As EZ Rider, Eleanor was often brash, loud, and gaining more boos from people. EZ often demanded the mic and badmouthed Harley's Angels opponents with frequency! Harley's Angels came close to winning the Tag team tournament, but were stopped by the prison tag team, Caged Heat, who had allied themselves with EZ's leader's main rival, Selina Majors. Since WOW ended, nothing has been heard from Eleanor, hope to hear from her soon!moreless
