We learned so much about Lindsey and Jill in this one episode. It was a great episode and very intense the entire hour. Watching the Club try to catch the murderer of an expectant father and the disappearance of the nine-month pregnant wife. This has a very emotional effect on Lindsey -- which you don't find out why until the very end of the episode and they reveal it in a excellent way that I was not expecting.
Jill is also emotional but trying to hide it from the girls and her boyfriend so that he doesn't get the idea that she is ready for children. The scene at the end with her singing to the baby is so sweet and how Claire and Cindy kid her about it is great. The whole case has a lot of twists and turns in it which leads Lindsey to an emotional climax with the baby's mother. The final scene of the episode between Lindsey and Tom at her apartment is very emotional, sad and sweet. If you need to see any episode of this series so far -- this is it.moreless

Claire: (Pulling a bullet out of a man's head, his brain exposed on the autopsy table) Here's the bullet.
Jill: How can you have such a gross job and still be more emotionally stable than the rest of us?
Lindsay: Speak for yourself... -
Jill: (after seeing the bloody birth scene) That's it, no kids. I mean it.
Claire: You don't have to give birth on a boat. -
Cindy: How could anybody want a baby so badly they'd kill for it?
Lindsay: God, you're young.
