Linny, Tuck, and Ming-Ming try to help an inchworm understand what is going on when he friend, the caterpillar, starts his journey into becoming a butterfly. They also rescue a baby crane who is stuck in his nest too close to a volcano.

This episode moved me because of the way the inchworm and caterpilar acted after his transformation.

it was great to see that their friendship was going to be ok even after such a big change, First, the inchworm offered a leaf, the butterfly couldnt chew it. Then he wanted to play in the mud, the butterfly couldnt do that either. So it was ovious their friendship would not be the same anymore but the stuck through it anyways. i dont know if that was what the writers were going after, but this episode teaches a valuable lesson. Even though friends might change and things wont always stay the same, true frindship stay together forever.moreless
