It seems unlikely that Diana would walk right past the large hole in the floor which Carlo fell through without noticing it, or even falling into it herself.
When Diana goes to the restaurant, the maitre'd refers to her as "mademoiselle." She 'corrects' him by saying "Miss...Miss Prince." "Mademoiselle" is French for "Miss," and "Madame" is French for "Mrs."
When Wonder Woman and Nightingale are talking about who the next victim will be, he tells her it is her and fires at her. Wonder Woman catches the bullet, but Wonder Woman is not invulnerable to bullets so it should have gone straight through her hand.
There is a small continuity error when Starker is breaking into the air conditioning. One shot the lights are out and then it cuts to Diana for a second and then back to Starker and the lights are on.
The scene where Wonder Woman jumps in the brick building that is supposed to be the IADC headquarters is recycled. That scene was also used in the episode "Screaming Javelin" when Wonder Woman jumped through the window into the room of Tom, Nadia's boyfriend.

Goof: The IADC building is established to have a concrete and glass exterior. However, in the episode "Death in Disguise" Wonder Woman leaps up the side of the IADC building and the building is brick.
Goof: When Diana chases after Jazreel, she runs out the door. The door is still slightly open before she changes into Wonder Woman. Once the transformation is complete, the door is closed.
Cagliostro is named after and is a descendant of Count Cagliostro, the famous Italian adventurer and charlatan.
Morgana Le Fay takes her name directly from Morgan Le Fay of the Arthurian legend.
In some Arthurian legends, Morgan le Fay is the half-sister of Arthur. In others, she is the fairy queen of Avalon.
Goof: When Diana takes part in the magic trick near the beginning of the episode, she falls through the trap-door into the crate onto a mat. Later, when she changes into Wonder Woman and breaks out of the crate, the mat has vanished.
Goof: After saving Tom, when Wonder Woman tosses the Taggarts off-screen past Nadia's door, in the shadows on the floor you can see Mr. Taggart land on top of a stunt mat. A few seconds later, a white piece of fabric suddenly appears along the open door frame and then vanishes.
Goof: After Mariposa jumps from the airplane and is skydiving to the ground, as he's seen in a wide shot, he is wearing a mask over his face. However, when the camera moves in for a close-up, the mask is gone.
Goof: After Diana chases Tom into the gym, she turns into Wonder Woman in an alley. Watch the trash can she stands in front of, it will suddenly disappear after she makes the change.
Goof: While chasing Tom through the gym, Wonder Woman jumps onto a trampoline. If you look closely at the right side of the screen, someone's arm becomes visible just as Wonder Woman's feet leave the trampoline.
This is the second time Wonder Woman changes her tiara into a boomerang. She previously did it in "The Return of Wonder Woman" while defending Steve against crooks that were going to put a bug in his watch.
At the beginning of this episode, IRA tell Diana: 'Please say hello to Wonder Woman' giving a second hint (the first one was when he said 'good night, Diana Prince...ess' in a previous episode) that the computer knows Diana's alter ego.
Goof: Wonder Woman, in her wet suit (second time wearing it since the episode 'The Bermuda Triangle'), dives into a harbor at one point but it's apparent that she is in a swimming pool.
