Boy, talk about a spooky character. Was anyone else a bit creeped out by her? I'm not sure I really want to see her again-- she just seems a bit too... dark to really fit into the show.

I disagree. I enjoyed Lady Redundant Woman's debut episode and I think she fits into the quirky cast of villains quite nicely. In fact, she has become one of my favorite characters, and I'm looking forward to her future appearances in the episodes.

Yes, she's probably the creepiest of WordGirl's nemeses so far (especially during the parts in which she mutters darkly to herself); but I don't think she's spooky enough to actually darken the show.

I would have seen this episode but I was too busy watching the Democratic Convention roll call.

Honestly I thought her powers were rather lame once we figured out they were just paper, makes sense I guess, but they're so easy to beat. Though would the copies "kill" them selves if they touch you, since a simple blow of air or even a drop of waterv can beat them.

I'm sure it'll be on again soon. And there's another one listed as upcoming in the episode listings called "Return of the Reprise of Lady Redundant Woman," but no airdate has been set for it yet.

Minnesota. I'll give lady redundant another shot to see if she can be a big time villain when her next episode is.

Before I give her a second shot, I have to give her a first shot and see the episode in the first place!

I'm pleased to be able to report that Lady Redundant Woman is starting to grow on me. I thought "Line Lessons with Lady Redundant Woman" was a lot of fun.

And who can ever forget that episode "I Think I'm A Clone Now"? An evil copy of WordGirl stealing every Thesaurus? Who knew?

I think I see what you are getting at. Lady Redundant Woman has always seemed a little darker to me because she's crazy and it's not played for laughs as often as similar characters. Still, she's funny in her own way. I particularly liked "Line Lesson with Lady Redundant Woman".

Perhaps she is, in an Anthony Fremont sort of way.

One of the first episodes I saw was "I Think I'm a Clone Now", so Lady Redundant Woman is always cool with me. I think she's definitely one of the most original villains. A woman merged with a copier... Where in the world does Soup2Nuts come up with this stuff? :-) I mean, an evil WordGirl clone? Such an awesome idea. It just seemed so "Shadow the Hedgehog", without the angsty backstory, and a lot quicker and easier than the Space Colony ARK.

Ooh, but my favorite Lady Redundant Woman episode has got to be "Lady Redundant Woman Gets the Blues". I love the Royal Dandy. He's, like, a slightly more obnoxious, masculine version of Eileen. Those two would make an awesome 'ship. They'd either deeply despise each other or fall madly in love XD
