The Miami Herald is reporting that WWE star John Cena is filing for divorce from his high school sweetheart and wife of 3 years, Liz Huberdeau. The following is an excerpt from the report:

Tampa resident and WWE superstar John Cena has filed for divorce from his high school sweetheart and wife of only 3 years, Liz Huberdeau, saying the marriage is "irretrevably broken." The soon-to-be-ex-Mrs.Cena has armed herself with powerful Miami attorney Raymond Rafool, best known for going head to head with Hulk Hogan in his nasty divorce battle against ex-wife Linda. In that case, Rafool allegedly took Hogan for 70% of his assets. Huberdeau hopes for something similar, but it's not going to be easy. Cena, worth over $18 million, has a 2009 prenup that is said to include the ability to take back all gifts and presents.

Another insider warns that this isn't going to be pretty, saying "This is going to dwarf the Hogan divorce in nastiness." Yikes.

Cena might do alright in this divorce case, considering the ability to take back all gifts and presents.

He should do alright due to the whole pre-nup thing. I don't think Hogan had that.

Plus, I really doubt, he was innocent in this either.

I had read elsewhere that we should look at that sing off again. Damn!

During the build to the WrestleMania 28 main event, The Rock held a "Rock Concert" on the March 12, 2012 edition of WWE RAW.

Not having learned about the news of John Cena filing to divorce his wife this week, one verse of The Rock's song stands out.

"Rock saw Cena makin' out with Eve, Grabbin' on her thigh, tuggin' on her weave. Cena was havin' the time of his life, I guess he didn't tell her that he's got a wife. Let's rock. Everybody let's rock. Divorce lawyer's right up the block, but we're dancing because Cleveland Rocks."

There have been no reports of Cena being romantically involved with Eve but it was known The Rock and John Cena were legitimately taking personal shots at each other during their promos building to their match.

TMZ.com did report that John Cena was open about his marital problems with his co-workers in the WWE locker room. It seems The Rock's remarks about Cena's wife and a "divorce lawyer right up the block" hit closer to home than we realized at the time.

    Eve? Very interesting.

Many people when they work closely with each other date each other, so I'm not surprised about that.

But man, Rock went hard at him.

The Eve thing was just referencing their kiss on Raw. Rock could have known about his marital problems though.

    He was married. Shouldn't happen.

Poor Cena. No one should have to go through a divorce. As I understand it, he's the one asking for it. Things will get real ugly, real quick.

You're right, I should have worded my statement better because I do not condone cheating married or not. I keep forgetting he's married since he never talks about it like others do. My bad.

I'm hoping they settle because, you never know what skeletons are there, good or bad.
