It sounds to me that Jerry's recovering properly, but he still needs to fight a little harder.

I doubt that the Punk/Cena feud will be the next HBK/Hart feud.

Cena's hitting it right on all points here.

    The WWE has won.

Half of what Cena is saying is "made up" and has no truth to it. How quickly we forget that for most of those 300 days CM Punk was a face. Which means, by wrestling logic, half of what Cena said about Punk would not apply.

My prayers go out to Lawler.

Ah, but he made promises did he not. Was he really a face going against John during that time? He was that stupid tweener character, so it might apply.

The reason I said why John was hitting on some points was that Punk said he wanted change he was going to give change. Nothing happened. Nothing changed. I'm not even talking about behind the scenes either.

He didn't change anything, he became what he hated and now it has made him hate everything that he thought he once loved, the fans, the adoration and all that good stuff. Yet he could barely get a boo out of fans since he supposedly turned and the only way he could get booed was due to chatting with Hart in Hart's hometown.

Nothing has changed? Punk freed us from Cena's monotonous grip on the WWE championship. That's enough change for me. Speaking of change, Cena needs some.

But you know, it's the the WWE. Everyone must look bad and be a hypocrite compared to Cena. Like when Cena says, "you have to beat me to prove your the man." When in reality(if we can still call it that) Punk has owned Cena how many times? I can go on and on, but it's like beating a dead horse tbh. It just doesn't make sense. I guess I pay too much attention to storylines and stuff. The creative process intrigues me...or used to intrigue me. Perhaps I should watch the show with a clear mind (no thoughts) whatsoever. I'll just remember what happens through replays the following week. (I'm kinda over it if you guys can't tell )

You're right about that. But what else happened? Nothing. Everything he promised did not come to pass. You can't say it did.

He has owned him many times, I will not dispute that. But we all know they like to change things around to fit a story. So this time they did. Is that so bad? Think about it.

I've been saying John has needed a change for a long time. It's not happening anytime soon, so you sorta have to roll with it. There is nothing else you can do. You boo him at shows, but it won't matter, he brings in the cha-ching. Give it time. Remember Hogan, yeah that guy. Remember what happened after so many years of same ole, same ole? Just think about that.

    Lawler update:

    PW Torch wrote:
    By Wade Keller, PWTorch editor

I just spoke to Randy Hales, a longtime friend and business partner of Jerry Lawler in the Memphis wrestling scene. He was my guest on a tribute show to Jerry Lawler two Fridays ago on the PWTorch Livecast. He said as far as he knows Lawler had not had any health issues recently. Lawler is well known to be someone who never drank alcohol or smoked. He saw him several weeks ago and he never looked happier to him. Lawler, he joked, has been living the life Jerry has always loved to live, with a young girlfriend in her early 20s keeping him active.

Cole just said Lawler is more responsive and is reacting to lights shined in his eyes. He's in an isolated part of the E.R. and is awaiting a cat scan. Cole said, "In typical Jerry Lawler fashion, he is fighting hard." He said their thoughts and prayers are with him. "Come on, King, get through this," he said as they cut to another break.
