Every year, we gather to vote on and recognize the best work and most exciting moments in the TWF year. This year, the 2012 Roundy's will once again honor the biggest surprises, the best workers and the most entertaining superstars the TWF has to offer. While being nominated is a recognition of excellence, and winning an award shows respect from fellow peers, it is the winner of Superstar of the Year who will gain the first entry into the Hall of Fame class 2013!

Send your votes for each category to me, Crulex, via PM by January 11 at 12:01 PM EST, and the winners of said awards will be announced on a live ground breaking 3-hour Roundy Award show!

The results will not be rigged unlike WWE, and if you are in a category, obviously you can't vote for yourself (except for group/roster moments like "Team TWF vs. Team WOTU at the Rumble"). Other than that, good luck and have fun voting!

The results are in and the time has come! It's only been a few weeks past the usual Roundy Awards ceremony, but since it didn't cause a catastrophe, I think we've done nicely. Please feel free to post an acceptance speech and thank your voters in this thread after I have finished posting the results.

I would like to first announce the Roundy winner for Biggest Return of the Year. We did not really have any new superstars come to the roundtable this past year, but many old faces made their return in an attempt to further their career or give us all one last nostalgic rush. Some are even already gone again, waiting to return when they get the chance and free time. But one man's return was so shocking, that it changed the landscape of the TWF. The winner of the 2012 Biggest Return of the Year Roundy is..........

    Deadnight Majin!

Second Place: GoldenageNick and Enervator tied

Next up, the Best Promo Work of the Year award. This goes to the person who worked hard to illustrate and narrate the battle between himself and his heated enemies or toughest rivals. A man who went forth and not only posted a tweet or two, but grabbed a mic and raised hell. The winner of the 2012 Best Promo Work of the Year Roundy goes to.......

    Crulex

    Second Place: Randyspeeps

Next is the award that goes to the superstar who has improved in his performance, presence, or overall work ethic within the TWF. To say that someone has improved is not a bad thing. In fact, as the winner of this award last year, it simply means that this past year was better for you than the year beforehand and that you are moving on up. And up is always a great way to go. The 2012 Most Improved of the Year award goes to.....

    CPman

    Second Place: Deadnight Majin

Next up is the Mid-Carder of the Year award. This award recognizes the future of the industry, and more often than not, a future Hall of Famer. Those who have won this award in the past have often been the best in their division, and only one step short of a Main Eventer for the majority of the year, and sometimes even managed to steal the show from the main eventers. The winner of the 2012 Mid-Carder of the Year Award Roundy is..............

    Frieza

    Second place: TwistofFate

It is one thing to be an army of one. But every year, we give out the award to the best literal army in the TWF, the Stable of the Year. These groups of three or more men join together in domination and either attempt to take over the TWF, or sweep the competition in order to enchance their own careers. This year, the Stable of the Year Roundy, by a humongous landslide, goes to......

Ortonism (Deadnight- Majin, Randyspeeps, Enervator, Skinsfan)

Second place: Young Gunners (Frieza, Kreater, Gamerguy, TwistofFate, CPman)

Sometimes a group is not big enough to be a stable, but are still a force to be reckoned with. A powerful team of men who work together to accomplish a common goal, or crush a common enemy. The tag team who handled their business the best this year gets the 2012 Tag Team of the Year award, and that team is........

    Kreater and Gamerguy

Second Place: The teams of Big Evil and Dude and JandSman and Hurricane tied.

Coming up is the award for the moment that shocked us, surprised us, and left us speechless because we simply did not see it coming. A moment that changed a superstar's career, or fool everyone who thought they were ready for it, but didn't even see it coming. The 2012 Shocker of the Year goes to......

When two or more superstars battle, sometimes it's a simple fight for position. Other times, it's for a title. And other times, it's for respect, careers or chances to change the direction of their path. When two wrestlers lock horns, their reputation or the way they collided sometimes left audiences on the edge of their seats, just waiting for what would happen next. Surprises, twists, and high profile encounters between two legends or two passionate superstars will often lead to memorable feuds. But the feud that impressed, entertained and surpassed the expectations of everyone this year earns the 2012 Feud of the Year.....and that award goes to......

While feuds can entertain for months on end and lead to one epic conclusion, sometimes it's the first match of that feud that outshines the others. Sometimes, it is the one-off match that people waited years to see or have gotten excited to see simply because of time and place that makes them the most entertaining matches. But whether it's a match at one of the big four PPV's, where the best superstars collide, or a match that showcased the best wrestling of two superstars that were not expected to show that level of quality and won over the fans because of it, there is always a match of the year. And the 2012 Match of the Year goes to.........basically everyone, because it is........
