Crap, I'm unable to pin this thread. Anyway, I like that they're going back to the 30 man format for the Royal Rumble. It's not that I didn't like last year's event, but with 40 people in there, you tend to get a lot of people who you know have absolutely no shot of winning the Rumble.

Yep I agree, I believe part of last years expanded format was due to the entire Nexus being involved in it, but this is still the same logic I use for people who want to expand the NCAA tournament even more. Once you expand something too much it just because too much and loses someprestigein my opinion.

You can't pin things. You're not the editor. If Camatzotz made you trusted, then unfortunately you lost that when he left. You need to get that editorship.

I'm also glad to see it go back to 30 people. With too many people, the match can wind up being too long or, possibly, too short, if they cut the amount of time between entrants too much. I think I'm getting this with a couple of friends. It'll be the first PPV we've seen since WrestleMania 2010.

That's quite the PPV drought Enervator.

I'm very interested in Dolph Ziggler v. CM Punk. I'm sitting the co-pilot seat for the Ziggler express. I would love to see him legitimately win the WWE Championship. I really don't like the direction CM Punks title reign is going in. His story line's need more meat.

Personally I want to see Ziggler win the Rumble and beat Punk at Wrestlemania.

What is the direction, because it's all over the place for me.

I agree with JLE about Ziggler and the Rumble. I'd love it so much.

I never thought about that JLE. That idea sounds better to me.

Nice Telvis. I have to agree. They have no clue what they are doing with him. I don't know how much of that is them adjusting to Punks free lance promo's or if they really have no idea what to do with him. In order for them to screw up a CM Punk storyline, they have to try. It's a hard thing to do IMO.

I don't think Ziggler will win his title match. However, it is possible that he will win the Rumble, then face Orton for the Smackdown title at Wrestlemania (Orton would take it from Bryan at Elimination Chamber in that scenario). I fear an Orton/Ziggler Wrestlemania title match may be too much for Speeps to handle though.

Perhaps RVD and maybe Randy Orton (does he count as a surprise), but I can't really see anyone else as a surprise entrant. I was thinking earlier today maybe the Rock will be an entrant but then realized there would be no point to it considering The Rock already has a Wrestlemania match.

Side Note:I am now the editor for Raw and Smackdown. Wasn't informed of the Raw editorship as I learned of this just now via the little ranking they have of the top contributors on the main page for Raw but huzzah! Don't know when or how they took away the rights from 2Cool, but if you guys want any threads stickied just let me know.

Because of the extent of Randy Orton's injury, I doubt he'll be able to compete at the Rumble match in his hometown. I know it.

    How about this IDEA??

    1) John Cena Loses to Kane in his singles match

    2) John Cena enters royal rumble at lets say number 20.....

    3) The ROCK is a Surprise entrant at number 25 and eliminates John Cena.

    4) Triple H enters at Number 26 and Eliminates the ROCK.....The Rock laughs and Triple H Smiles back at him.

Anyway, John Cena is so PISSED and that leads to him becoming a HEEL.

    What do you think??

I really like #1 & #4 a lot. Him losing and possibly beating Kane at the next PPV for revenge and momentum would be great.

I like #4 a lot because of just what you posted, the laugh and smile. Imagine if that could lead up to a SummerSlam bout. Just imagine Triple H bs Rock for last time.
