WWE can now breathe a sigh of relief as TNA is moving back to Thursdays. Now they don't have to worry about losing for another 100 weeks like they did to WCW.

    Lol, j/k j/k.

But this was not a great WWE Raw at all. The beat the clock matches are always dumb, and Vladimir Koslov in the main event? Really?

The depth of this roster is so thin right now, Smackdown too. You would think with the end of ECW the rosters would be loaded, but that's not the case.

Wayne Brady was a disappointment, but I have learned not to expect much from the hosts that are actually funny.moreless
  • John Cena and Batista do a Beat the Clock challenge to see who chooses the match stipulation for Over the Limit

    8.0
Another pleasant Raw to sit through. The WWE has been on quite a role so far from brand to brand the shows have been decent if not great for the large part this early year. Tna continues it's barrage of horrible shows that I stopped tuning and devoted more time to WWE. Especially after the Draft, the WWE is shaping up quite nicely.

Match #1: Daniel Bryan vs Batista

The Miz gives a very funny promo of why he can't compete, so he send NXT rookie (not really a rookie but for the WWE's sake he is) Bryan Danielson.

Bryan is an accomplished wrestler having to earn his stripes with the WWE. He puts up an excellent match with Batista even though we knew who'd win this match, Bryan and Batista worked very well to make this exciting.

Match #2: John Morrison vs Ted DiBiase

Dibiase loses so Morrison offers to become his "Virgil" so Dibiase can save face. This another great match. Dibiase and John are decent wrestlers that can do a bit of everything. John gets the pin on the rematch.

Match #3: John Cena vs Wade Barrett

Another quality match. I thought this one would be a Cena squash, but Cena and Wade make this an enjoyable match. Chris Jericho is at ringside and provides his usual entertaining hijinks and commentary. Cena wins the match, but Wade gives a nice showing showing that he is an NXT rookie that could do well as a star for the E.

Match #4: Nikki Bella vs Maryse

Before this match, Maryse gave a sneak attack on Eve that was hilarious to watch. A must see actually. Maryse is deliciously wicked.

Match #5: Mark Henry vs Zach Ryder

The only dud of the night. Both guys aren't going anywhere and this was basically a fill in the show match.

Match #6: The Hart Dynasty vs William Regal & Vladimir Kozlov

A relatively short tag match, but Miz and Chris attacked the Harts to show us a probable new tag team. The Miz and Chris should be a classic. Cutting Edge with Randy Orton

Excellent confrontation with Randy and Edge. Edge recounts found memories of Rated RKO and propositions Randy to mend ties, but Randy isn't hearing it and delivers an RKO.

Orton is so entertaining as the viper that he really doesn't need the title at this point to get over. Fans are going crazy for the guy. Although we have seen Randy and Edge before things are a bit different here. It should be great.

This was more than a decent RAW from WWE as TNA put on one last horrible showing before moving back to Thursdays.moreless
