When Jack is yelling at the leaf to get him out of the mess it got him into, it moves over and smacks him. When it moves, Jack's nose is gone.
At the beginning of this episode Omi was wearing his Wudai Warrior sash but, though out the episode Omi was wearing his Apprentice sash.
Dojo: I once saw Master Fung make all of China disappear.
Master Fung: You did well, your only mistake was too assume that the Bird of Paradise was a bird.
Kimiko: I think it's time too fight fire with fire, Wudai Mars Fire!
Jack Spicer: HELP! HELP! YOU'VE GOT TO SAVE ME!
Clay: And exactly why is that?
Jack Spicer: (with cute puppy eyes) Because we mean so much to each other?
Omi: We may be outside but we are not down!
Raimundo: I think he means we're down but not out.
(sees a giant stone tongue heading towards them)
Clay: Whooey! That's the second biggest tongue I ever did see!
Chase Young: The bird could be quite dangerous in the wrong hands.
Wuya: Our hands.
Chase Young: Wuya; I like how you think, I am most pleased.
Wuya: You could show me pleasure by giving me Shen-Gong-Wu...
Chase Young: I said I was pleased, not crazy.
Clay: She's one mighty impressive bird, but she couldn't carry a tune in a bucket.
(about the Bird of Paradise)
Master Fung: It is hidden in the Land of Nowhere, past the Valley of Somewhere, but not as far as the Jungle of Neither Here Nor There.
Master Fung: Where is the Sacred Book of Omens?
Dojo: Right here. I've been using it to even out the table leg.
Master Fung: (mad) Thank you, Dojo Kanojo Cho.
Dojo: Guess I could use a Sacred Scroll.
Jack: If anyone deserves the bird, it's me!
(Jack thinking that a Parrot is the Bird of Paradise)
Jack: Okay Bird of Paradise, or whatever you call yourself, out with it! Exactly what makes you so powerful?
Parrot: What makes you so powerful.
Jack: Hey!, I'll ask the questions around here!
Parrot: I'll ask the questions around here.
Jack: Oh yeah? though guy, if you don't tell me what I need to know, I'll-I'll hurt you until you cry!
Parrot: I'll hurt you until you cry.
Jack: What?, no no no your bluffing!
Parrot: You bluffing.
Jack: Okay, okay, maybe I am just-just take it easy.
Parrot: Just take it easy, just take it easy.
Jack: Yes sir, sorry sir, I'll tell you whatever you want just don't make me cry!
(Jack cries)
All: Wudai Iron Palm!
Jack: The Jacky is backy!
Omi: We are Wudai Warriors that is all you need to know!
Clay: That's all we do know.
Omi: Wudai Neptune Water!
Raimundo: Wudai Star Wind!
Kimiko: Wudai Mars Fire!
Clay: Wudai Crater Earth!
All: Wudai Orion Formation!
This is the fourth time a Xiaolin Showdown did not take place.
This is the first and only episode where no Shen-Gong-Wu were seen.
The Bird of Paradise (the real one) can't sing in tune despite its beautiful looks.
This was the first episode in which Chase Young displayed powers that can be classified as "magical", as revealed by the way he interfered with the Monk's quest.
This episode marks the first apperance of Chase's Heylin Eyeball that allows him to look down upon others.
This is the eleventh appearance of Chase Young.
This is the first appearance of the Ying-Ying Bird (which at the moment is disquised as an ordinary parrot).
This is the only appearance of the Bird of Paradise.
All the Wudai powers have a slight reference to the planets / galaxy.
All of the warriors' new attacks, including the new formation are all based on things in space:
Orion-constellation
Mars-planet
Star-star!
Neptune-planet
crater- craters on the moon.
The thing Dojo made to keep track of wu is just like the thing Jack made with Mala Mala Jong.
This marks the fourth episode where a Xiaolin Showdown never takes place.
-Xiaolin Wudai warriors turn into shadow like forms.
-Raimundo can fly in the Wudai Orion Formation form.
-Clay's Wudai attack: Wudai Crater Earth.
-Raimundo's Wudai attack: Wudai Star Wind.
-Jack is back to his evil self.
-Second time Wudai warrior don't use Shen Gong Wu.
We find out Raimundo's last name is Pedrosa.
Wuya remains human and powerless.
The Dragon X-Kumei Formation has been replaced by Wudai Orion Formation, which allows the Wudai Warriors to unlock their new powers.
Jack now has a pet parrot.
This marks the first time the warriors use their Wudai Powers.
A Magical Leaf guided the monks on their way to finding the Bird of Paradise.
Dojos new rule is in order to borrow shen gong wu from the volt you need a wu card.
The 'Land of Nowhere' is ruled by Chase Young.
Chase can also turn the fallen warriors into birds. Not just wildcats.
This is what the Bird of Paradise gave each monk,
Omi- Loyalty,
Kimiko- Courage,
Clay- Strength,
Raimundo- Kindness.
When at the Wudai Warrior status the Dragon X- Kumei Formation is renamed the Wudai Orion Formation.
Warriors' New Elemental Attacks:
Omi - Wudai Neptune Water
Kimiko - Wudai Mars Fire
Raimundo - Wudai Star Wind
Clay - Wudai Crater Earth
Teamwork - Wudai Orion Formation:
Whenever they perform this new teamwork attack, the warriors turn black with glowing colored eyes and the outline of their bodies.
Dojo makes a list of all the current shen gong wu the monks don't have.
No new shen gong wu were revealed in this episode.
Kimiko's hairstyle: Black, spiked up hair, similar to the Chameleon-Bot (as Kimiko) while searching for the Helmet of Jong, except not red..
There is a card in the game Magic The Gathering that is called the Birds of Paradise.
Reference: Wudai Crater Earth
The way Clay used his Wudai powers while battling the rock snake is also very similar to the Earthbenders in the show Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Reference: The Birds of Paradise.
The Bird of Paradise is also the name of the demons in the television show, Inuyasha.
Reference: Wudai Crater Earth.
The way Clay uses Wudai Crater Earth is very similiar to the way Goku uses Kamehameha from Dragonball Z.
