I don't understand why more people didn't like this episode. I thought it was one of the best so far. Jermaine was awesome! Too bad he didn't want to go back to the temple with Omi so he could help them fight. He would have made a cool addition to the show. I loved the part where he realized that Omi wasn't crazy, and the Shen Gong Wu stuff he was blathering about was real XD It was hilarious XD Jack and Wuya are becoming more violent! He made an attempt on Dojo's life with the train, and then tried to vaporize Omi and Jermaine. He never actually set out to kill them before now...moreless

Omi had many good lines in this episode, like when he was misunderstanding or trying to use slang (that was uniquely New York - he screws up slang in many other situations). One of my favorite quotes was when the binocular device snapped shut as the time ran out and Omi's like "AAAA! I'm blinded!" and Kimiko puts in another quarter.

My favorite part of this episode was to see the xiaolin showdown and when we see Jeramine defend Omi from some people. I also liked Kimiko's hear stile.moreless

  • Omi meets Jermaine and learns the art of basketball with Shen Gong Wu.

Another Omi episode, it is too much! Now there is a new friend too- Jermaine. He is cool, but I feel he would have gotten along better with Raimundo or Kimiko, or even Clay and Dojo. Still, a very miraculous friendship happens between Omi and Jermaine, who work together to defeat the enemies, something like that. I wonder when will there be a Master Fung episode? I really respect him, of course, but it will be awesome if he can show his powers for a while. I would give that episode a ten. Quite fine, this episode, and I hope to see Jermaine again.moreless
