      • Jimmy: I'm looking for a sick old woman.
Hospital Person: Well you can have me, but I'm more twisted then sick.

      • Greg: 302... 303... 305...
Kim: Hey, hey, you skipped 304. What is wrong with you?!
Greg: Stop yelling at me! My aunt is sick!
Kim: You're right. I'm sorry. Let's go in.
Greg: Wait a minute. I--I need to go in alone.
Kim: Why? What is going on here? Why are you acting so weird about all this?
Greg: I never told you this. Kim, my Aunt Claire never liked you.

      • Kim: Hey, what are you doing? Follow Jimmy.
Greg: I'm going to the gift shop. I'm going to get her a big box of chocolates.
        Kim: Greg, she's dying!
Greg: Good point... I'll get her a small box.

      • Jimmy: Fine, joke around, okay? But I made a promise to a dying, old lady that I was gonna bring her a favorite nephew. Now maybe you don't care about what God thinks when people break their promises, but I... I do.
Greg: Jimmy, when did you get so religious? Last time we were in church, you looked at the cross and asked what the "T" stood for.

      • Christine: Jimmy, you were going to leave me home alone with four kids. I got the babysitter for me, not for you.
Jimmy: Yeah, the kids were a little wild when we left. You think the babysitter will be okay?
Christine: Oh, she'll be fine. She's getting eight bucks an hour... and a very valuable lesson on why not to have premarital sex.

      • Bob: Now I know a lot of people get nervous when they hear the words "marriage encounter." They picture a group of people sitting around in a circle talking about their marriages to a bunch of strangers. But that's not what we do here. As you can see, we're in more of an oval.

      • Bob: Before we begin, I want you all to congratulate yourselves for coming today. Just the fact that you're willing to be here proves that you already have a good marriage, and you're well on the way of making it even stronger.
Artie: Like we'd even be here if it wasn't for our wives forcing us.
Greg: Yeah, tell me about it. Then they'd trap us by bringing us here in a bus.
Artie: Yeah. Did they have to put that big banner on the side that said, "Marriage Encounter?" Why didn't they just cut off our testicles and dangle them from the rear-view mirror?

      • Jimmy: Hey, man, I can't believe you guys are going to marriage counselling.
Greg: It's not marriage counselling. We're going to a marriage encounter.
Jimmy: Whatever. Listen, uh, if you and Kim split up, you're going to want to keep the house, so, uh, if you let me stay here, I'll testify she hits you.

    • NOTES (3)

      • Brandis Kemp was billed as appearing in this episode, but does not. Either she did the Paula voiceover, or she played a part that was cut (a nun was cast for this episode).

      • The character surname of Atkinson is Greg Garcia's grandmother's maiden name.

      • Kathryn Joosten was miscredited as Kathryn Joostyn, and Phoebe Dorin was miscredited as Phoebe Doran for the original broadcast. In syndication, Phoebe's name has been fixed (the episode was never rerun on CBS), but Joosten's name in still spelled Joostyn in the syndicated version.
