  • This episode concluded the plot of the first season, and it did so in a spectacular fashion. It's easily one of the best episodes in the entire series and it also set the stage for the second season.moreless

Night Fall was the season finale of Yin Yang Yo!, which meant that it was the culmination of all of the events that had taken place through the course of the season. Many of the show's critics had completely dismissed the continuity that the show had, as they felt that nothing mattered, but this episode had proven that many seemingly trivial episodes earlier in the season were actually of huge importance. That reason alone made me love this episode, as it was a reward to fans who cared enough to pay attention, but this episode itself was one of the best in the entire season. There were many great jokes in this episode, but I particularly loved the character development that took place; the three titular characters were handled perfectly, and some side characters even had awesome roles as well. All in all, this was one of the better episodes of the series, and with the second season having debuted recently, I hope that people will watch this episode next time they get the chance. They might not be able to understand everything, especially if they haven't seen the earlier episodes, but this episode should be watched if you plan on watching the second season.moreless
  • Something wicked this way comes, and it's Not who you'd expect it to be! (Lightning and thunder strikes! )

Many in the world have secrets that they would rather keep unknown for various reasons, but what if that someone had a love so deep and a need so deep to prove himself, that he's willing to go to any lengths to have these things, even if it means going under the wings of a great evil? The price of not being nice runs deep as Coop who only had a goal of wanting to be loved by Yin as much as she loved him, has instead been abused, humiliated, and pushed to the brink that anyone's patience can withstand! Yet in spite of this, so far the facade has held up and Coop could keep making appearances. But it was only a matter of time before the Night Master blew Coop's cover for him so now the Woo Foo Warrior's know there is a spy! The most spine-tingling drama this show's ever presented so far is found in this episode! With Coop's future hanging in the balance not to mention his reputation, the question is are the Woo Foo Warrior's find out the truth or will luck keep Coop afloat for a little while longer? Find out for yourself in this most excellent episode that just Can't be missed! Enough said, true believers! ;)moreless

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • New Move Debuts, Coop: Shadow Chicken Teleport allows Coop to teleport himself and at least up to several other creatures (in this case, Night Master's army) anywhere he wants to telport to. Shadow Chicken Aura is Coop's own Aura form. Shaped like a gigantic bird, it is orange in color and is very powerful.

  • QUOTES (6)

    • (Yin, Yang and Yo are channeling their power to move the third moon)
Yin: Carl, help! (Carl looks to see the Night Master approaching)
Carl: So I single-handedly fight the Night Master while you three lounge around that device? Yeah, right! See ya! (Carl disappears)

    • (Carl is crushed by a rock Roger Jr. accidentally threw on him)
      Roger Jr: Sorry!
Carl: See, this is exactly why Yang doesn't want to hang out with you!

    • (After Yin, Yang, and Yo say their battle cry and leap into battle)
Roger Jr: (To Carl) Maybe we should consider a battle cry!
Carl: What's the point? When this is over, I'm never talking to you again!

    • (The Night Master is about to move the third moon)
Carl: For the record, this blotting out the sun is still my idea.
Roger Jr.: Do you ever stop complaining?
      Carl: You're new here, right?

    • Yin: (As Carl demolishes the Night Masters minions) Has he always been this powerful?
Yang: Yeah, but we keep making him mad. Really throws him off.

    • Yin: Coop's a bad boy? Aw, pellets, now I'm totally interested!

  • NOTES (0)

  • ALLUSIONS (1)

    • Dragonball Z: The way Coop holds the Night Master in place while Yin fires the Toilet Brush of Illumination to destroy the Night Master even though Coop will get hit to, is similar to the way Goku held Raditz still while Piccolo charged up his Special Beam Cannon to destroy the evil Saiyan named Raditz even though Goku would get hit with the beam as well as a sort of sacrifice.
