Mommy Dearests was a perfectly entertaining episode and I enjoyed watching because Lucius returns and threatens Hercules's mother and friends. There was action, intrigue, drama, and plenty of humor. I was surprised Jason didn't figure Lucius out sooner. The cave where Lucius and his strange mother hide out was cool. I like how every thing played out and lessons were learned. I look forward to watching the next episode!!!!!!!!!

    • Lucius: I've discovered Hercules' mortal weakness- he actually cares about his friends! And I intend to use that to destroy him!
      Iambe: That's my boy!

    • Lucius: Prince Jason, what made you think you could challenge a son of Zeus?
Hercules (appearing unexpectedly behind Lucius) Why not? He challenges this son of Zeus all the time.

    • Hercules (standing over a defeated Lucius): Give it up, Lucius! It's over!
Lucius: Never! You see, I know where your mommy lives, and your friends are so easy to find!

    • Jason (referring to Lucius): Hey, don't worry about it. I heard what he said, you're nothing like him.
      Hercules: Oh yeah?
      Jason: Yeah.
Hercules: How can you be so sure?
Jason: Well, I wouldn't have a jerk like him for a friend.
