    Miss Duel Academy

Chancellor Sheppard announces a Miss Duel Academy Beauty Pageant. Alexis, Blair, Jasmine, Mindy, and Miss Fontaine, among 20 girls, enter the contest. Miss Dorothy is proud of her retirement as Miss Duel Academy, so that she can find a replacement. At the contest, Jaden is the host, and the judges are Atticus, Dr. Crowler, Bonaparte, and a special guest judge, Simon Cowell, of American Idol fame. The contest begins with the swimsuit competition, where the girls show off their wonderful bodies and their best swimsuits. Next up is the talent contest, where Miss Fontaine shows off her dance skills, Jasmine shows off her belly-dancing skills, Mindy shows off her pole-dancing skills, Alexis shows off her singing, Blair shows off her contortion skills, and more. Finally, the results for the final 5 are in. The winners are Alexis, Blair, Miss Fontaine, Mindy, and Jasmine. Later, it's time for the competitors to tell the audience about themselves and what they'll do if they become Miss Duel Academy. A bit later, it's time for the big finale, where they crown Miss Duel Academy! Miss Dorothy enters with the crown, and Simon presents Jaden with the envelope.

Jaden: Thanks, Simon. By the way, I love American Idol, and I never miss it, man.

Simon: Thanks, Jaden. Neither do I!

    Everyone laughs.

Jaden: The results are in, folks. The 4th runner up is... Mindy!

Mindy takes a bow, and gives her fellow competitors a congratulartory hug.

Jaden: The 3rd runner up is... Jasmine!

Jasmine does the same as Mindy, and wishes the other 3 good luck.

Jaden: Yes, thank you, Jazz. The 2nd runner up is... Fonda Fontaine!

Miss Fontaine cries tears of joy and kisses Alexis and Blair for good luck.

Jaden: Well, folks, that leaves Alexis and Blair! But only one of them will be crowned our next Miss Duel Academy. So, the moment we've all been waiting for, drum roll!

    (DRUM ROLL!)

Jaden: The 1st runner up, AND, should our winner be unable to serve, you will take her place as Miss Duel Academy... The 1st runner up is Blair Flannigan, SO OUR NEW MISS DUEL ACADEMY IS ALEXIS RHODES!!

Alexis and Blair hug and cry tears of joy, and Miss Dorothy presents Alexis with the crown. The judges present her with a wonderful bouquet of flowers, and Alexis walks like Miss USA does when she wins a pageant. Jaden sings Miss-America style.

Jaden: (singing) Look at you. Aren't you beautiful?

You're the lady... we hold dear.

You've got us in your spell,

with beauty and grace so well.

You're friendly. Lend me your ear.

    You're everywhere.

Look at you. Aren't you elegant?

You're the lady who came to be...

    With such ecstasy, the educational...

    Miss Duel Academy.

Alexis: Jaden, I never knew you had a great voice.

    Jaden: Thank you, Lex. Congratulations.

Alexis gives Jaden a kiss on the cheek, and they hug. Alexis then resumes her walk of fame, and Jaden resumes his song.

Jaden: (resumes song) Look at you. Aren't you elegant?

You're the lady who came to be...

    The exceptional... the educational...

    Miss Duel Academy!

Everyone applauds at the song and Alexis' victory. But later that night, back at the dorm, Blair sits in the little girls' room, feeling sad. She was so very, very close to becoming Miss Duel Academy. She is so sad, she cries.

Blair: It's just not fair. I wanted to be Miss Duel Academy, but I came in 2nd place.

Then she hears a knock on the door.

    Blair: Who is it?

Alexis: Do I hear crying in this bathroom? Are you trying to comfort one of the runners-up?

Blair: No. I'm the only one in here. I'm the one who's crying.

Alexis: Can I have a talk with you, sweetheart?

    Blair: Okay.

    She lets Alexis in.

Alexis: Thank you. Now, tell me everything. Why are you crying?

Blair: Because I lost the contest. I was only one rank away.

Alexis: Aww. Don't cry, sweetie. It's okay. It's just a contest.

Blair: But you got the title. I got nothing.

Alexis: Actually, you've got something. Guys?

Jaden, Jasmine, Mindy, and Miss Fontaine enter the room with a special surprise for Blair.

Jaden: We heard that you were crying, Blair. You were sad.

Miss Fontaine: But keep your chin up, honey. We've got a surprise for you.

Mindy: Because of your great talents...

    Jasmine: And your swimsuit attire...

Jaden: We've decided to make you, our 1st runner-up, Miss Congeniality!

The gang gives Blair a plaque with her title and name on it, a little bouquet of roses, and a sash saying: "Blair Flannigan: Miss Congeniality".

Blair: Oh, thank you, guys. Being 1st runner up is just as good as being Miss Duel Academy.

Alexis: It's the best we can do to make you happy.

Blair: Here's something for Jaden to show my gratitude.

She gives Jaden a kiss on the forehead.

    Blair: I love you, Jaden.

Alright, motoring right along to the next one.

    5. Checkmate! - Bastion is sitting around in his room, with all the complex mathematical problems scrawled out along the wall. He completes a few more problems, and puts the finishing touches on his deck for his duel against his new opponent, Rita Jackson, the regional champion of Brazil. Back at the arena, Crowler is finished taking his loss from Melanies Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. As she walks from the arena, Jaden stops her and asks her how she has the Blue-Eyes White Dragons in her deck. She smiles, and just says that she's just lucky to have them, and heads up to the stands. Bastion runs in with his new deck, and leaps up to the duel platform, as Rita strolls on up. They wish each other a good game, and the duel starts. Rita starts, and draws. She summons Vilepawn Archfiend in defense mode, and throws 2 face downs on the field (Inferno Reckless Summon and Battle-Scarred). She ends her turn there, and Bastion draws. She activates Battle-Scarred now, and targets her Archfiend. Bastion takes 500 points of damage from Vilepawn's effect (4000/3500). Bastion summons Pyrogeddon in attack mode, and declares battle against Vilepawn Archfiend (3800/3500). He lays down 1 card (Amorphous Barrier) and ends his turn. Rita draws, and activates Monster Reborn, to bring back her Archfiend, and then augments it with a face down Inferno Reckless Summon. She summons 2 more Vilepawn Archfiends, all in defense mode, and Bastion summons 2 more Pyrogeddon. Rita then talks about how, in chess, the pawns are just around to protect the king, as she normal summons her Terrorking Archfiend. Bastion wonders what this has to do with dueling, and Rita shows him when she activates Infernal Chessboard. A 5x5 chessboard appears on Rita's field, with her Terrorking at the very back of the board, guarded by her Vilepawns. She reads off the effect of her field card; she does not pay to keep her Archfiends on the field. As long as Vilepawn Archfiends are on the field, Terrorking Archfiend cannot be targetted for an attack. Also, every turn she is allowed to revive one destroyed Vilepawn Archfiend.

Alexis returns to the arena, and takes a seat next to Melanie, the two of them unaware of who the other one is. They talk about Rita's deck, how her Archfiends can get highly powered to eradicate the enemy, without her taking a lot of damage in the process. Back on the field, Rita attacks Pyrogeddon with her Terrorking Archfiend (3800/2900). She ends, and Bastion draws. He summons Oxygeddon to the field, and activates Heat Matrix. Heat Matrix allows Bastion to tribute Oxygeddon and any number of Fire-type monsters, such as both of the Pyrogeddons. He explains how flammable oxygen is, and how fire cannot burn without it. His monsters merge and create Blaze Dragon. Rita takes a 1000 point loss from the effect of Pyrogeddon. Blaze Dragon destroys one of the Vilepawn Archfiend, and Bastion ends. Rita draws, and summons her Infernalqueen Archfiend to the field, and raises the points of her Terrorking to 3000. She attacks the Blaze Dragon, but Bastion counters with his Amorphous Barrier. The attack comes to an end, and so does Rita's turn, after she puts down a face down (Mirror Force) and Special Summons back a Vilepawn Archfiend. Bastion Draws, and summons Hydrogeddon. Bastion commands Hydrogeddon to attack the Vilepawn, and using it's effect, summons another one to destroy the second Vilepawn, and once more (1600/2900). He commands Blaze Dragon to eradicate the Infernalqueen, but Rita activates her Mirror Force, sending all of Bastions monsters to the graveyard. Bastion sets one face down (Sakuretsu Armor) and ends. Rita draws, pumps up her Queen, and declares an attack. Bastion responds with Sakuretsu Armor to the Queen, but it doesn't help him when it comes to her Kings attack (1600/900). Backed up against a wall, Bastion begins to question his worth as a duelist, as well as a genius. He draws his next card, Pot of Greed, and activates it. He draws two cards, and looks in shock at his draw. He thinks back to how he got these cards. As he was rushing to the duel field, he ran into Aster Phoenix who was taking a walk around the island, looking for card thieves. Aster mentions something about 2 cards that Chumley made for Pegasus, that would work perfectly in Bastions deck. He hands them over to him, and Bastion slips them into his deck. Back in the duel, he activates his first new card, Chemical Lab. This allows him to remove 2 Hydrogeddon and 1 Oxygeddon from his Graveyard in order to summon Water Dragon to the field. He then activates his second card, Periodic Table of Elements, which allows him to remove Blaze Dragon from his Graveyard to make every monster on Rita's field a fire type. He attacks the Terrorking Archfiend with his dragon, and takes Rita's life points down to zero. Rita thanks him for the lesson in chemestry, and they both congratulate each other over the others strategies. The episode ends with Sartorius finally being able to get a straight reading from the arena, and notices that a great dark force will be coming to the island soon.

Alright, lets recap with the new cards from the last episode, and get right on into the next one, shall we?

Pyrogeddon - 4 Star/Fire element/Dinosaur type/1400ATK/1000DEF (Orange bipedal dinosaur with a wave effect much like Hydrogeddon and Oxygeddon) - When this card is destroyed, deal 500 points of damage to the opponent.

Heat Matrix - Normal Magic (Looks like Polymerization, but with a nice flame design) - Tribute any number of Fire element monsters, as well as one Oxygeddon. Special summon from your hand/deck/graveyard 1 Blaze Dragon.

Blaze Dragon - 8 Star/Fire element/Pyro type/?ATK/?DEF (Looks like Red-Eyes Black Dragon, but is all orange and has the wave effect from Water Dragon) This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of Heat Matrix. The ATK of this monster is equal to the number of Pyrogeddon in your graveyard x1000. The DEF of this monster is equal to the number of Oxygeddon in the Graveyard x1000.

Chemical Lab - Normal Magic (Looks like a chem set) - Special summon 1 Water Dragon or Blaze Dragon from your hand/deck/graveyard by removing from play the material monsters listed on the cards.

Periodic Table of Elements - Continuous Magic (The table of elements, duh) - Remove one monster from your graveyard. As long as this card is on the field, all opponent's monsters are the element of the monster removed.

Infernal Chessboard - Field Magic (A chess set, with archfiends instead of chess pieces) - As long as this card is on the field, you do not pay for Archfiend monsters on the field. Place Terrorking Archfiend in your Magic/Trap zone. If there is a Vilepawn Archfiend on the field, Terrorking Archfiend cannot be targetted by any attack or card effect. Every turn, you are allowed to summon 1 Vilepawn Archfiend from your graveyard.

    6. Looking for a Hero Part 1 - It's the final match up of the day, however, there seems to have been a miscalculation of sorts. With Bridgette having been disqualified, there's no one left for Jaden to duel. However, Jaden isn't interested in being left out, and chooses Anna to be his opponent. She agrees to duel again, and heads back down to the platform. Jaden takes his turn first, and immediately uses Polymerization to bring out the Elemental Hero Flame Wingman. He sets 2 face down cards (Hero Signal and Hero Emerges), and ends his turn. Anna draws, and summons Breaker the Magical Warrior. She outfits him with the Book of Secret Arts. With an extra point boost, she calls out an attack against the Flame Wingman. Jaden activates Hero Emerges, and Anna picks the Elemental Hero Spakman, though she seems to be focused on destroying Flame Wingman (4000/3900). When it's destroyed, he activates Hero Signal, and summons Elemental Hero Clayman in defense mode. Anna sets one face down (Shrink), and ends her turn. Jaden draws, and activates Fusion Recovery, sending Flame Wingman back to the fusion deck, and taking back his Polymerization, which he then activates to summon Thunder Giant. He then activates the effect of Thunder Giant, and declares Breaker as the target of its effect. As the thunderbolt hits Breaker, there's a rather large smoke cloud. As it clears, Breaker is still standing there, with Shrink having activated in response to summoning Thunder Giant. Jaden ends his turn, and Anna draws. She activates the field card Magician Academy. With another 300 point boost, she cleaves Thunder Giant in half (4000/3800). She ends her turn.

Sartorius is in his room, unable to get another solid reading on the outcome of the duel. He gets up and stares out his window at the Academy, then goes back to his table to try reading the future again. He gets a vision; in it, he's standing in a very bright light, but there's a small speck of black floating around, that seems to get bigger. As the speck gets bigger, it takes on the shape of the Millennium Puzzle. The vision ends there when it's fully formed. He seems frazzled by this new vision, but regains himself, and goes to look through his deck.

Back in the duel arena, Jaden takes his turn. He draws, and summons Elemental Hero Stratos, a new hero with the power to seek out one monster from his deck, like the Elemental Hero Neos. Jaden then activates the field card Skyscraper. Magician Academy goes to the graveyard, as the arcane university turns into a nighttime city scape. Jaden attack Breaker with Elemental Hero Stratos (3400/3800). He ends, and Anna draws. She plays Pot of Greed, and summons her Apprentice Magician. However, she says it wont be staying, as she tributes it to activate her Sacred Tome of the Dark Magician. She then plays her Life Trick (2900/3800) to bring back Breaker in defense mode. She ends, Jaden draws, and attacks with Stratos. Anna says that the duel is far from over, and she will walk away the victor.

    I have thought up more

To Rule or Not to Rule: A fight for school chancler becomes Sheppard vs Crowler vs Bonaparte vs Dorothy! And the winner becomes the chancele. Who will win?

Shrouded With Mystery: Wayne succesfully finds Shroud and duels him to figure out how to free Zane. Wayne has been negating every one of Shrouds combos, is it eough. Yes, and Wayne recieves a card that WILL defeat Zane and set him free. Tghe card is Non-Fusion Area.

Picking Brawn Over Brains: A Neo-Shadow Rider duels Bastion. This guy, Destruct, has high attack point monsters, but with low defense, who will win?

To Uncloud the Mind: Wayne duels Zane onc more to free him. Wayne gets far ahead with Non-Fusion Area and almost defeats Zane. With Future Fusion and Overload Fusion, Zane brings out the fierce Chimeratech as a Specil Summon with 16000 points. Wayne plays Ring of Destruction and Enchanted Javelin to win and free Zane.

All for now, what do you think?

If you can't make the climax to the rescue operation, I'll do it for you!

Dramatic Rescue (The One Who Surpasses Zane Saga Finale)

Jaden is worried about Blair, as in the beginning of the saga, she was shanghaied by the mysterious finger. He goes to sleep, but he has a strange dream.

Voice: Jaden, you must be wondering where the mysterious finger is hiding Blair. She is inside the video game, Super Smash Bros. You must go inside to find her, and bring her back. But the only way you can get out with Blair in one piece is if you beat the Master Hand. He is the one who sent the finger to snatch Blair. Now, go get her, and beat that Master Hand. Good luck.

Jaden wakes up from his dream and wakes up Alexis, Jesse, Hassleberry, and Syrus.

Jaden: Come on, guys! We've got a friend to save!

    Alexis: Where is Blair, anyway?

Jaden: A mysterious finger took her to Super Smash Bros. We have to go inside.

Jesse: Don't be stupid. It's just a video game.

Jaden sets up the virtual console of his Nintendo Wii and begins. Then, all of a sudden, like magic, the gang gets sucked inside the game: Super Smash Bros.!

    Jesse: Forget I said that!

Alexis: Where in this game is that finger, and where is he keepin' Blair?

Jaden: The Master Hand is holding her hostage somewhere. The finger works for him, you know.

Syrus: But how can we get to her?

Hassleberry: I played this game before, soldier. You just gotta fight your way across the dimensions. The first one up is Link.

Link appears and fights Alexis. Alexis fights Link with karate moves and knocks him out.

Jesse: How'd you learn to fight like that, Lex?

Alexis: I'm a green belt in karate.

The gang enters the next level where they face the Yoshi team. They ace that level and move on to the next, and so on and so forth. They then head for the final bonus level, Race to the Finish. The gang had 60 seconds to run to the finish line to get bonus points and extra lives. But they had to watch out for the falling bombs, the mines, and other obstacles. The gang is running out of time, on account of the obstacles. Syrus gets hit fatally by the first villain, and loses a life. So do Jesse and Hassleberry. But Jaden and Alexis manage to avoid damage and reach the finish line before the clock hit 0. The gang advances to the Fighting Polygon level. 30 polygons fight the gang, but they defeat 29 of them. Only one of them, the first to appear, manages to survive and fights the gang to the finish. He is unbeatable, but Syrus clutches him.

Syrus: The only way he can be beaten is if one of us goes down with him. I'm the one to do it.

Jaden: But Sy, you're down to your last life!

Syrus: This is the only way you can get Blair back. Good-bye, Jaden.

He holds the polygon in his arms tightly and jumps down to the void, ending the level and wiping out Syrus.

    Alexis: Sy!

    Jesse: Syrus! No!

Jaden: He did what he had to do, guys. Now let's get to where Blair is!

The gang enters the final level, where the Master Hand and the mysterious finger await.

Master Hand: Well, here she is: The girl!

    Finger: She's all yours.

Blair is on the ground, in a deep sleep, as the finger and hand poisoned her with their magic.

Jaden: No! What did you do to her?!

Master Hand: After she refused to help us fight the good, we poisoned her with our magic. Now she's history!

Jaden: I want her back to life! THIS INSTANT!!

    Alexis: Jaden looks so determined.

    Finger: Fine!

Master Hand: But only if you eliminate... ME!

    Finger: What about me?

Master Hand: You are of no further use to me, Finger!

He zaps the finger out of the picture forever. Jaden fights the Master Hand rigorously by using his duel disk and his Elemental Heroes and Neo-Spacians. However, each time the Master Hand takes a hit, he wipes out a monster. Jaden is out of monsters to play.

Jaden: Oh, no! If I don't do something now, Blair is gone forever!

Master Hand: There is nothing you can do! Surrender now, or I shall destroy you and your friends!

Jaden: Never! First I lose Blair, then I lose Syrus, then I find Blair in a deep sleep, now I face you in a battle. I will never give up! I'm doing this for Blair! For Syrus! For the safety of the planet!!!!

Then, suddenly, Elemental Hero Neos appears, to Jaden's surprise.

Neos: Your determination has brought me back, Jaden. Thank you. Allow me to finish him off.

    Jaden: You go, Neos!

Neos fights the Master Hand, and gives him the biggest blast of his life. The Master hand loses all of his hit points and is destroyed. Everyone, including Blair, is brought back to the Slifer Red dorm, and Syrus returns to life.

Syrus: I'm back! Thank you, Neos!

Blair is sound asleep in Jaden's arms.

Jaden: You're home now, Blair. I've got you back.

Blair wakes up. With the destruction of the Master Hand and the mysterious finger, the poison spell is lifted.

    Jaden: You're awake!

Blair: Jaden. You actually rescued me?

Jaden: Yeah, I did. So, you feeling okay?

Blair: Yeah, thanks to you. I was almost dead as a doornail.

She gives Jaden a big hug and cries.

Blair: I'm so glad to see you again, sweetheart.

    Jaden: Me, too.

Alexis: Uh, Blair? You can let him go now.

Blair: Sorry, Lexi. But he saved me. I will never let him go.

Syrus: Wait a sec. Aren't you glad that I'm back?!

    Alexis: Syrus?!

    Hassleberry: You're back!

Alexis gives Syrus a big hug.

    Jesse: We missed you.

Jaden: I'm glad you're back, old pal.

Syrus: Me, too, J. I'm glad that you're back, too, Blair.

    Blair: Thanks, Sy.

Jaden: This has been one heck of an adventure.

Jaden: This has been one heck of an adventure.

great episode.. i love the super mario smash brothers game.

Only one card I need to recap from the last episode, since I think everyone remembers Life Trick and Sacred Tome of the Dark Magician.

Magician Academy - Field Spell (looks like the magicians proving grounds from Mahads duel with Bakura) - All Spellcasters get an extra 300 attack points. You can add 1 Spell counter to a card that can have a spell counter added to it each turn.

    4. Looking for a Hero Part 2 - In the pro leagues, Zane has just won another duel using his ultimate Chimeratech Overdragon combo. He leaves the arena as the smoke clears and the medical team takes away his opponent. When he gets back to his limo, Mr. Shroud gives him several printouts, detailing the Underworld deck. Zane looks over the papers, and tells his limo driver to take him to the airport. Shroud asks him what for, to which he replies that he's going to Duel Academy to look for these cards, and he has a feeling he'll find out where they are there. The limo drives off for the airport.

Back at the Academy, things aren't looking too good for Anna. She draws, and sets one monster face down (Magician of Faith), and calls the turn quits. Jaden seems disappointed as he draws. He thought that someone who used Dark Magicians would be more of a challenge. He calls an attack of Stratos against the face down, and destroys Magician of Faith. She takes Life Trick back from her graveyard. Jaden ends, and Anna draws. She activates her Graceful Charity, draws 3 and discards 2. She then uses her Life Trick, and by paying 500 points (2400/3800) revives the Dark Magician she just sent to the graveyard with her Charity. She commands Dark Magician to destroy Stratos (2400/3600), and sort of jokingly asks Jaden "Now what was that you said about me not being a challenge?" She sets one card (Magician's Circle), and ends her turn. Jaden draws, and plays Winged Kuriboh in defense mode, and ends his turn. It's Anna's turn now. She draws, and summons Apprentice Magician. Finally, she activates the effect of her Sacred Tome, tributing the newly summoned Apprentice Magician, and summons Dark Magician of Chaos. She takes back Graceful Charity, and uses it, drawing 3 and discarding 2. She says the duel is over, and removes Magician of Faith and Apprentice Magician in order to summon Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning. Jaden is psyched to take down this new monster, but Anna thinks he shouldn't be so optimistic. She attacks with her Soldier, and destroys Kuriboh. She hastily attacks with the rest of her forces, but forgot that Winged Kuriboh has stopped all damage this turn. Before ending, however, Anna refortifies her forces with her Magician's Circle, summoning Dark Magician Girl. She ends, and Jaden draws. He plays Pot of Greed, and sets 2 cards face down (Waboku and Inferno Tempest), and ends his turn. Anna smirks at his feeble attempt to stall for time, draws a card, and attacks with the Soldier (2400/800). Jaden responds with Inferno Tempest, removing every monster in their deck from the game. Anna says it's too little too late, and blitzes Jaden, who uses Waboku to avoid damage. She is rather annoyed that Jaden just wont go down. Jaden says that's just his style, and draws what seems like his last card. He smiles, and activates Hero's Swan Song. The new card from Chumley allows Jaden to return every Elemental Hero that was removed from the game since his last turn to the graveyard. Anna wonders what good that did, and Jaden activates the second effect of his card, which allows him to search one card from his graveyard. If he doesn't win this turn, then he automatically loses. Jaden finds, and uses Miracle Fusion, summoning Flame Wingman from the fusion deck. Annastill seems confused, even with Wingmans super power, he still can't win. Jaden reminds her that Skyscraper is still in play, and when he attacs Dark Magician with Wingman, she's going to lose 3100 points. He goes through with the attack, and claims victory. Anna smiles, and thanks Jaden for the game, and Dr. Crowler calls an end to the matches. They all head over to the Yellow dorm for some dinner, and are allowed to stay there overnight.

The helicopter carrying Zane arrives shortly after dinner. He hops out when they land, and goes right to Sheppards office. He's not there, but the location of the Underworld deck is listed on a notepad in his desk. He passes by the infirmary, and sees his unconcious brother. He smirks, thinking that Syrus deserved it for being so weak, and continues on. Just before the episode ends, Bridgette wakes up from her slumber, and begins to follow Zane.

    Alright, one more new card.

Hero's Swan Song - Normal Magic (Picture of Avian leaping off of Skyscraper) - If you use this card, and you do not win this turn, you automatically lose. Return all "Elemental Hero" monsters that have been removed from the game to your graveyard. Then, you can search out one card in your deck and add it to your hand.

And, I think I'll give you a brief look at the next chapter I'm working on.

    1. The Man in the Mirror - When Blair goes missing from the dorm, Jaden goes to track her down. He finds her at the Spirit Gates, as well as a man in black who challenges him to a duel. He calls himself an Enforcer, and has no intention of losing. Is Jaden in for more than he bargained for?

    2. The Six Pointed Star - Jaden is determined to get stronger if these Enforcers are going to be coming after him. When he receives a gift card from a man claiming to work for Pegasus, he thinks that this will give him the boost he needs. Little does he know that this is just the beginning.

    3. The New Jaden - Many duels have passed since Jaden got his new card. There appears to be a drastic change in his personality since he received his new "Six Pointed Star" card, however. Blair wants to bring him back from the brink, using the only force she knows.

    4. A System Shock - Blair knocks a bit of sense into Jaden from their duel, but he's still acting funny from his card. Bastion determines the only way to bring Jaden back is to defeat his Six Pointed Star card. Blair challenges Jaden again, using some deck modifications Bastion made, once again determined to use love to snap Jaden out of it.

    5. The Power of Love - Jaden recovers from his second duel against Blair, but now something seems off with Blair as a result. Jaden resolves to save Blair the same way she did for him. Can it be done?

Ok, ok, ok, I am aware I've jumped on the Jaden+Blair bandwagon, but really because I'm the only one who thinks Alexis should be with Syrus. Also, the Six Pointed Star is NOT the Seal of Orichalcos, but is IS something along the same lines as the Seal.

    I

    X-Treme Dueling (1)

    Previously...

I play Miracle Fusion, removing Wildheart and Necroshade from my Grave to play Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman (1900) in Attack Mode," said Jaden.

"Big deal, my Monster's stronger," said Kaiba.

"Doesn't matter for Necroid Shaman destroys 1 of your Monsters and brings back another one," said Jaden. Later Luster Dragon #2 and hello Giant Germ in Attack Mode! Shaman, destroy Giant Germ! Giant Germ is destroyed and Kaiba's LPs drop to 0. That's game!

"Any of you know that guy?" asked Tea`.

    "Nope," said Joey and Tristan.

"The name's Howard X Manner Esquire but for the sake of shortness, call me X," said X.

"Out of da way, we're goin' somewhere here!" said Joey.

"Overruled, you're not going anywhere," said X.

"What's that supposed to mean?" asked Joey.

"We're dueling," said X. This case is now open! Lose and you're banished from dueling!

"I tribute Marauding Captain for Jinzo (2400) in Attack Mode," said Joey.  Jinzo, attack!

"Now you lose 1 card off of your deck," said X. The face down Needle Worm (0600) is destroyed.

"My Needle Worm's effect has been activated and it's time for you to pay the price by giving up the top 5 cards in your deck," said X.

"Alligator Sword, Insect Queen and Rocket Warrior!" yelled Joey. They're gone. I set 1 card face down and end my turn. (1/37)

"I play Pot of Greed for 2 cards," said X. Then, I set another Monster in Defense Mode and end my turn. (4/36)

"My move," said Joey. I activate Release Restraint, sending Gearfried to my Graveyard for Gearfried the Swordmaster (2600) in Attack Mode. Jinzo, attack the face down Monster!

"Gravekeeper's Servant takes another of your cards," said X. The face down Morphing Jar #2 (0700) is destroyed. Now our Monsters are shuffled back into our decks and we both pick up cards until we have an equal number of Monsters that were put into our decks. All other cards go to our Graveyards. Fortunately for me, I don't draw any cards.

"You don't get Monsters either," said Joey. Okay, 1st  card... nope 2nd  card... no,  3rd  card...still no Monsters? 4th  card...no   5th card...nope, 6th card...no dice 7th card... all not Monsters! 8th card, 9th card... 10 minutes later... Finally, 2 Monsters!  I summon Battle Warrior (1000) in Defense Mode and Little Winguard (1400) in Attack Mode. Since my Battle Phase hasn't ended, I attack you directly with my Winguard!

"I activate Monster Register," said X. When a Monster is summoned, its controller loses cards to the Graveyard for each star in that Monster's level. For activating this card, I have to pay 1000 Life Points. His LPs drop to 7000. As payment for your attack you lose the top card of your deck. His LPs drop to 5600 by Winguard's attack.

"That ends my turn," sad Joey. (0/16)

"I summon Trap Sleuser (0800) in Attack Mode," said X.

"Now you lose 4 cards," said Joey.

"Maybe but I'd start worrying about your deck for yours is far less than mine," said X. Now then, I set 1 card face down and end my turn. (3/32)

"I use Premature Burial to revive Insect Queen (2200) in Attack Mode by givin' up 800 points," said Joey. His LPs drop to 7200. Insect Queen gets 200 ATK for every Insect Monster out and there's one right now. Insect Queen's ATK rises to 2400.

"Since that's a level 7 Monster, you lose 7 more cards off the top of your deck," said X.

"Insect Queen needs a tribute to attack so I tribute Battle Warrior so she can attack," said Joey. Insect Queen, destroy Trap Sleuser!

"I activate Compulsory Evacuation Device," said X. It returns Exhibit A to its owner's hand!

    To be continued...

Lets get going on the last 3 episodes.

    8. Mind Games Part 1 - Picking up where the last episode left off, Zane reaches Sheppards office, and searches his desk for the location of the Underworld deck. When he finds the papers, Bridgette confronts him, telling him to "Just put down the papers, and walk away." Zane laughs at the thought, and tells her to go back to bed, and forget they ever met. Bridgette responds with "By the will of my Cyber End Dragon, I WILL make you see the truth!", to which Zane replies "What a coincidence, by the will of MY Cyber End Dragon, I will destroy you." The two of them stare each other down, and go down to the duel arena.

Meanwhile, Sartorius begins an incantation. Using the students of the white dorm as the medium, he's going to create the Light Barrier around the island. Sarina comes to him, and tells him that the spell is ready. He seems distracted by Anna's supposed ability to block destiny, but snaps out of it long enough to generate the barrier.

Over at Industrial Illusions, Pegasus is receiving a report about a massive light wave occuring at Duel Academy. He goes down to the vault and gets out a blank card, one that he promised to only give to the one who could use it properly. He prepares a helicopter to the island, and Chumley goes to him, wanting to go. Pegasus says it's too dangerous for him to go, and he doesn't want a star card designer to get hurt. Chumley agrees, but gives Pegasus a card that he thinks should be given to the girl with the Dark Magicians. Pegasus wonders if it's someone he knows, but Chumley says he has never met her before. Pegasus takes the card, and heads off to the island.

The entire island is lit up like a giant bulb on a Christmas tree, as a giant pillar of light shoots up around the island. The light is strong, strong enough to wake Syrus and Maria from their unconcious states. They look at each other, and run outside the academy to see the sky light up, and the entire island get encased in giant bubble of light. Everyone left in the Yellow dorm runs outside to the main building. They all look around at what's going on, when Melanie looks uncomfortable. They ask her what's wrong, which she responds "It's Bridgette, she's awake, and she's dueling a powerful darkness..." They rush into the building, and find the duel between Zane and Bridgette starting up.

Zane draws, and summons Proto-Cyber Dragon in defense mode. Bridgette laughs at the pathetic opening monster, but Zane says that the dragon is expendable for the bigger picture. He plays Polymerization, and fuses Proto-Cyber Dragon with Mechanicalchaser and Cyber Phoenix to summon Chimeratech Overdragon with 2400 attack points. He ends his turn, and Bridgette draws. She special summons Cyber Dragon to the field. She then uses De-Fusion to turn Chimeratech Overdragon back into the 3 monsters that made it. Knowing the threat that Proto-Cyber Dragon has potential to be, she attacks it with her own dragon (4000/3000). She ends her turn. Zane says he's just getting started, and draws. He plays Pot of Greed, and draws 2 cards. He activates Future Fusion, and sends his 3 Cyber Dragons to the graveyard. He says that in 2 turns, he'll be able to summon Cyber End Dragon and win this. And, to prove he's not kidding, he activates Monster Reborn, summoning his own Cyber Dragon back to the field. He uses Cyber Dragon to kamikaze Bridgette's dragon, and blitzes with Mechanicalchaser and Cyber Phoenix (950/3000). A large field of darkness covers the field, exerted from the duel energy put out by the 2 duelists, made real by the Light Barrier.

Inside the cloud field, Zane wakes up, looking around at the vast expanse. He could swear he was just winning a duel against the German champion. A familiar voice comes to him, and walks out from behind a smoke cloud. It's Zane, but he's wearing his duel academy uniform. Zane wonders where he is,and the other Zane says he's inside Bridgette's mind scape, and that the Zane image was created to bring him back into the realm of the light. He readies his duel disk, and the other duel starts.

    To Be Continued

No cards this time, but I think I should explain the Light Barrier

Light Barrier - a phenominon that occurs when a massive amount of the Light is manipulated in a certain way. The end result is an expansive barrier that has potential to cover the world, capable of converting many people over to the light.

The end result is an expansive barrier that has potential to cover the world, capable of converting many people over to the light.

that was a card sartorius used i thought.

My episodes are out of order so...

    Only one

Throwdown With the Original: Neo-Shadow Rider leader awakens Camula and Titan. He sends them out to face Syrus and Atticus in a double duel. Obviously, dragons and machines dont mix well, yet vampires and archfiends do. Can Syrus and Atticus win, or become Neo-Shadow Riders themselves?

First comes a brief announcement from Lisa Ortiz:

Lisa: Hi. I'm Lisa Ortiz, and I have a message for you at the end of the movie. So don't rewind. Stick around. You might learn somethin'.

I'm in Heaven! (a TV movie)

Blair sees Jaden out the window, and she's scared. Why? Because a gangster named Pacino pushes an unmanned car toward the pier where Jaden is watching the stars. Jaden, who got out of bed for such a reason, doesn't realize this until... IT HITS! The car slides off the pier and splashes into the river with Jaden's body.

Blair: Jaden... No. (cries out) NO!!!!!!!

    In heaven, Jaden appears.

Jaden: Aw, man. Where am I?

An angel appears in front of him.

Angel: You're in heaven now, Jaden.

    Jaden: Heaven?!

Angel: You've been hit by a car and hit the river.

Jaden: Who's the creep that did this to me?!

    Angel: A gangster named Pacino.

Jaden: Well, I won't allow it. I want back home!

Angel: There is one way you can get your second chance. That is to face Yubel in a duel.

The duel between Jaden and Yubel begins. The two fight back and forth and forth and back, until they are tied with 50 life points apiece. Jaden begins his turn and plays Monster Reborn to resurrect his Elemental Hero Wildheart from the graveyard. He attacks Yubel, but Yubel activates a trap card: Ring of Destruction, and activates another: Hallowed Life Barrier, to protect its life points. But Jaden's attack still hits, and Yubel loses the duel.

Yubel: How come my traps didn't work?!

Jaden: It's Wildheart's special ability. He's immune to all trap cards, so your Ring of Destruction and Hallowed Life Barrier failed to work. You are history, Yubel.

    Yubel: NO!!!!!!!

    Then Yubel vanishes forever.

Angel: Well done, Jaden Yuki. You have passed the test. You can go home now.

Jaden: Thanks, but I'll never forget you. You won't regret giving me this second chance. Bye!

He slides down the stairway and splashes into the river where he was killed. He reaches the surface and gasps for deep fresh air.

    Jaden: I'm alive.

Voice: Jaden, you proved yourself worthy enough to defeat Yubel. Now get a good night's...

But Jaden claps his hands twice to stop the voice.

    Jaden: (laughs) Whoo!

He starts walking back to the dorm where everyone else is sound asleep.

In the dorm, Jaden hears crying. In Blair's room, Blair is in bed, but she is crying in her sleep. Jaden enters to investigate and turns on the lights.

Blair: (cries and whimpers) Jaden... No. No! Hey, look out! Jaden, no!

Jaden grabs her neck to try and wake her up, but she screams and cries in her sleep.

Jaden: Blair, it's okay. It's okay, little Pussycat Doll. It's me, Jaden!

Blair opens her eyes and sees Jaden.

Blair: Jaden! Oh, Jaden, it's you! I saw Pacino, that gangster that murdered you, and he was chokin' me! He was stranglin' my neck, and then...! Oh. Hi, Jaden.

    Jaden: (laughs a bit) Hi.

But Blair screams, thinking Jaden's a ghost.

    Jaden: SHHH!!!

Blair: Jaden! I've been wrong! You're a ghost!

    Jaden: Wait!

Blair runs away from Jaden all across the room, and tries to hit Jaden with various hard items.

Blair: Here! Take my 6-piece wrench set! My oilcan! My hammer set! Wait! Don'tcha go 'way, widdout my Rolls-Royce Hood Ornament! HYAH!

Jaden: OW! I'm not a ghost! I'm not dead!

He and Blair end up on her bed.

Blair: Please, sir! I've got a bad back. Oh, no! Don't touch...!

Jaden covers her mouth with his left hand.

Jaden: Quiet! Blair, listen. I'm not a ghost. I'm not dead. Now, be quiet. I'm gonna take my hand away from your mouth, and you're gonna stop crying and screaming. I repeat: Now, be quiet. I'm gonna take my hand away from your mouth, and you're gonna be quiet. Ain't ya?

Blair nods nervously, and Jaden lets go of her mouth.

Jaden: That's my little Pussycat Doll.

But Blair screams and cries again, but Jaden slaps her in the face.

Jaden: WILL YOU SHUT UP?! Blair, I'm alive! Lookit! Lookit! Do ghosts have skin?

    Blair feels his skin.

Blair: (cries) No. Ghosts ain't got no skin.

    Jaden: Right.

Blair: Jaden? Jaden... It really is you. Oh, sweetheart. But I saw the loose car, and the river, and your lifeless body... flyin' through the air. Oh, Jaden.

She cries on her pillow, and Jaden pats her on the back.

Jaden: I know, Blair. What can I say? It wasn't my time.

Blair wipes her tears and gives Jaden big hugs and kisses.

Blair: I'm so happy to see you home, Jaden! You dunno how much I missed ya!

Jaden: Shh! SHUT UP! You'll wake up the others!

Alexis, Syrus, Hassleberry, and Jesse enter the room, wide awake.

Alexis: I heard screaming and crying in here. You okay, Blair?

Blair: Yeah, now that Jaden's back!

    Alexis: Jaden, you're alive!

She and Jaden hug, and Alexis cries tears of joy.

Alexis: I saw the whole thing outside before I went to bed. I was devastated.

    Syrus: I'm so glad you're back, J.

Hassleberry: (tearfully) So am I, soldier.

    Jesse: Welcome home, pal.

Jaden: Well, you guys thought I was dead. So will Pacino. He tried to kill me. But I'll make that dude pay! I know he's got something up his sleeve. And when I find out what it is, I'm gonna ruin him. I'm gonna make him suffer. Slow! He'll be beggin' for mercy. Mercy, I tell ya! MERCY!

Jesse: Have mercy! (No, folks, I'm not making fun of Jesse Katsopolis from Full House!)

Blair: But we've gotta find him. I'm gonna change.

Jaden: No, no. Stay in those jammies, you guys. Just get some slippers on. We've got a Pacino to find.

Later, they search the forest for Pacino, and there he is, having a campfire on the job well done, or has he?

    Jaden: There you are!

    Pacino: Jaden Yuki-- Alive?! NO!

Jaden: I hope you got a duel disk, mister, because I'm gonna duel you, and if you lose, you'll be beggin' for mercy.

Pacino: Beggin' for mercy, my butt! Duel on!

The duel begins by the cliff above the river, and he starts by summoning Warrior Dai Grepher in attack mode. He then plays Tribute Doll, sacrificing his warrior to summon Barrel Dragon. Jaden draws, then plays Polymerization to fuse Elemental Heroes Avian, Burstinatrix, Clayman, and Bubbleman to summon Elemental Hero Electrum. He then activates Riryoku to transfer half of the Barrel Dragon's attack points to Electrum's, giving him a total of 4,200. He then attacks with Electrum, wiping out Pacino's dragon and 2,900 of his life points. Then Jaden activates De-Fusion to defuse Electrum back to the heroes that fused to form him. The Elemental Heroes all attack Pacino at the same time, wiping out his lifepoints, and knocking him down to his doom in the river, where he had "murdered" Jaden.

Jaden: That's game! And really fast, too.

Blair: That was the best one-turn combo ever! I love that in a duelist like you.

Alexis: Skip the mushy stuff, kiddo. It's after 1:00am, and if someone catches us late at night, we'll get busted. Let's get back to bed.

They all set off for the dorm. Back at the dorm, Jaden tucks Blair back into bed.

Blair: I'm glad you're back, Jaden.

Jaden: So am I, Blair. Well, little Pussycat Doll, good night.

    Blair: Good night.

Jaden gives her a kiss good-night, and Blair kisses him back. Jaden is about to leave the room.

Blair: I love you, Jaden. Sleep tight.

Jaden: Right back at ya, babe. Good night.

He leaves the room and turns off the light. Blair falls fast asleep.

Jaden gets back into his bed, where Alexis is waiting.

Alexis: Surprised to have a bedmate, Jaden?

Jaden: Okay, you can sleep with me.

Alexis: You can keep me company, so I won't worry about you anymore.

Jaden falls fast asleep, and Alexis smiles at him.

    Alexis: Good night... sweet prince.

She gives Jaden a good-night kiss and lies down.

Alexis: (in her mind) I love you.

    Then she falls asleep.

And now, a message from Lisa Ortiz!

Lisa: Hi, kids. It's me, Lisa Ortiz, the voice of Blair. (laughs) Let me have a minute to tell you this. When things go wrong in cartoons, it can be wacky. But in real life, it can be tragic. In the cartoon, Blair was lucky, and so was Jaden, but some kids aren't in real life. Drugs, crimes, and gangs really clatter their lives. There's one organization that can provide a positive alternative: The Boys and Girls Club of America. At that club, a kid can play sports, study computers, and learn lots of new skills. With your support, the Boys and Girls Club can help a kid beat the streets.
