Does anyone read the manga of GX. It is way better than the anime could ever be. There is a plot and it works with season 1 charaters plus new ones. Decks have been changed as well. Asuka runs the ice deack she played when she is in the Hikari no Kessha, Manjyome plays an awesome dragon deck, and Misawa's Oni deck is just plain awesome. I do suggest reading it if you haven't because is does have more ties with Yu-Gi-Oh manga than the anime does.

Shonen Jump is printing it in the US and V-Jump in Japan. You can find scans translated on janime or http://www.onemanga.com.

We should sticky this since we don't have a thread on the manga. We need to get more people to read it.

Meh... I don't know if I really like the manga better right now. I read what's published in SJ, and they just finished up the Koyo arc. They better explain that villian, because the whole "mysetrious shadowy villian that convienently made Koyo lose his memory of the duel and die a little bit he draws a card" thing isn't doing much for me. The duels were more interesting than the manga, but they've all been with Judai, and let's face it, we know how duels with Judai will end. What it needs right now is a long story arc that doesn't make me scoff and think that the author is just pulling stuff out of thin air to try to get everything to make sense.

I've read a couple of the Shonen Jump chapters, though I prefer it it was an actual book of each volume to come out instead - since Shonen Jump takes up too much space.

the manga does seem better than the anime. The characters have better decks in here than in the tv show.

I read it, yep. I don't know if I like it better than the actual anime, but I do like the decks they have in the manga rather than their anime decks (except Judai, I perfer his normal E-Heroes).

I have finally got volume one, and it's pretty interesting. I do prefer the character's in the manga than the anime, probably because Chazz is staying his cool self now - and I don't think they are going to change that.

I'd recommend the actual volumes to anyone in the US that subscribes to Shonen Jump. I wasn't going to buy it because I read it already in SJ, but there's a handful of 4 panel strips at the ends of each chapter that were pretty funny.
