This is the first and only time Mokuba duels throughout the series.
Yugi loses two star chips giving him three again.
Pegasus is the first person to kidnap Mokuba to get to Kaiba, and unfortunately he won't be the last.
Mokuba claims that Man Eating Plant could destroy Yugi's Winged Dragon. However it only has 800 attack strength, and Winged Dragon has 1400.
Tristan: So, what is you're brilliant mind telling you now Sherlock?
Joey: Beats me! All my brilliant mind is doing is giving me a brilliant headache!
(When everyone's trying to figure out how to catch Mokuba)
Yugi: If we all put our heads together I'm sure we can think of something.
Tristan: Yeah but don't forget one of those heads belongs to Joey, that's sorta like subtracting one brain.
Joey: Hahaha, very funny.
Mokuba: Come and get me you big dork.
Tristan: Hey, back off punk!
Tristan: I can handle him!
Tea: I hope so, you're twice his size!
Yami-Yugi: You can't win with cards that aren't yours. How could your heart ever live in cards that don't rightfully belong to you?
Joey: Okay we're here, so where's antenna head?
Ghost Kaiba: This time you don't stand a ghost of a chance!
In the Manga it was a much different storyline. Kaiba was actually in a coma from Death-T (read manga volumes 4 & 5) and a Puppet Master hired by Pegasus was using his powers to make a puppet of Kaiba, using Kaiba's deck to defeat Yugi. But then the Blue Eyes' attack backfires and the Kaiba doll (that actually was representing the real Kaiba) is dropped and Seto Kaiba comes out of his coma and heads to Duelist Kingdom.
Funny no one caught this. Did anyone actually think of what the thugs where pointing at Kaiba? The answer was guns. See, in the early days of 4kids editing they thought it was just better to erase things out instead of replacing/recoloring violent things, or cutting the scene all together. So the guns were erased and it just looked like they were pointing at him.
