While Kiyo is in school, Apollo decides to drop in for a visit, but it wasn't really for a visit. He wanted to have a chat with him about Rops book being burnt by Zeno and his bookeeper Dufort.

    The sick Zatch Bell sneaks into Kiyo's class with Ponygon and total chaos erupts. Later, Apollo visits Kiyo's school and talks to him about what happened in his trip to Holland. Apollo and Rops found someone that looks like Zatch. "Zatch?" That mamodo was not Zatch but Zeno, a mysterious mamodo that looks like Zatch, but has an evil personality. Offended that he was mistaken for that weakling Zatch, he summons his book keeper, Dufort and tells Apollo and Rops to fight. Apollo feels like he can't back away from this fight and is forced to battle. He tries attacking Zeno and Dufort with their spells but he can't hit them. Apollo and Rops are no match for Zeno and Dufort's strength and ability and Apollo is pinned to the wall by Dufort. He is surprised by Dufort, who he senses to have the same abilities to read enemy attacks and sense danger that he has... But more disturbing is that despite any danger that comes to him, his heart doesn't waver. "I can only imagine the amount of tremendous hatred you hide inside." Dufort is angered by Apollo's statement and powers up to attack but Zeno tells him not to waste power on such weaklings. While Zeno and Dufort are distracted, Apollo tries to grab his book. But it's too late! Dufort attacks Apollo's book with Zaker, setting it on fire. Dufort fires another Zaker on the already burning book, making Rops go immediately back to the mamodo world; leaving Apollo without a chance to say goodbye to him. Kiyo is angered that someone would fire on an already burning book and vows to avenge Rops...moreless

    In this episode of Zatch Bell, Apollo comes to Kiyo's school to visit him. Unfortunately, Apollo is alone and bookless. Rops is not with him. Kiyo and Apollo talk and Apollo tells Kiyo of how Rops went back to the Mamodo World. It turns out that Apollo and Rops got in a fight with Zeno and Dufort. Apollo tried to use his physcic powers, but Dufort's powers were more powerful then Apollo's powers (I used the word "power" like four times, lol). It was very sad to see Rops say goodbye to Apollo. Also, it was sad because Zeno burned more of Apollo's book.moreless

    Zeno basically creams Ropes and Apollo with little trouble. and he does it with a single spell. And Dufort is awesome too. A bit of a dark episode, but good nonetheless. Furthermore, Zeno and Dufort save us from a 30 minute long farewell to Ropes by rubbing it in and firing an extra Zaker at the already burning book :)

    Zeon vs Ropes! This whole epsode is kinda sad but it shows the Zeon is strong and how will Zatch defeat him in the future? And Dufort is really...sort of cool. He dodges all Ropes's attacks! Nice power...I would like to have it. =) Really fantastic! They are so cold hearted! If it was ME vs Ropes and Apollo, I can't burn Ropes's book! How did they manage to burn such a cute mamondo's book? And even firing twice at the burning book to make Ropes disappear immediately. Really handy episode guide, I should say. If only got some Zatch Bell videos!moreless

    I feel so bad for Rops even though he is just a cartoon. Zeno is so evil! He had his book holder cast Zaker again just so Rops would be sent to the Mamodo World faster! Poor Apollo, well atleast he has some fancy job now.I'm guessing this means the final battle to decide the mamodo king will be Zatch vs Zeno then?
