I spend 8 months here and 4 months at home. It's like living two completely different lives.

My old high school has an ocean view, a indoor swimming pool and even an 600-seat auditorium, so it's pretty much on the high end, but that's where the similarities end. We're a single building, we're not a boarding school, and we have school uniforms. But the thing I liked best about my high school was that it wasn't strictly a high school. Seeing little kids at school every day was certainly refreshing.

Aw. I'm jealous. My high school was this really old, 4 story building, nothing special at all, except for the fact that it was right smack in the middle of downtown, so we had open campus for lunch. Dunkin Donuts was where I was at, just about every day!

My school sucks. It's relatively new, and we're getting new menu choices, but other than that, it's freezing cold in the winter, hot in the summer, and the only view it has is of residential areas.

    Seriously?

I'm going back home next year and living with them. Community College, what what.

But seriously. I have my car there, there are places where I WON'T get mugged, the people shower and don't transfer STDs for fun...

I totally prefer being home on the couch with my mom on a Saturday night to going to the clubs with my peers here.

Gahh. I cannot WAIT to get away from this school.

Then again, my parents DO let me do what I want, when I want. Versus here, where I don't feel safe -- or even compelled -- to do anything at all.

Yeah, it's weird...I'm on here more often when I'm at school than when I'm not, even though I have way more time on my hands when I'm NOT at school, well at least, I think that I do. Like this week, I'm at home, and I THOUGHT I was going to be living on here, but I haven't had as much time to be on here as I would've liked. It's weird. Stuff has been keeping me busy.

Nah, I wouldn't like to go to PCA. Don't really like school but boarding there reminds me of camp.

I would go if it was a real school. If you go to pacificcoastacademy.com you`ll know it`s not a real school.I think they shoot the show at a college and named it PCA for the show.

They may shoot some of the scenes at a school. The actual rooms where they sleep in, are just sets. I saw pictures of them being folded up.

Yep that would be neat. Especially with the camaraderie with the kids there
