One thing that bothers me is why has Cartoonetwork yet to re-air the zoids series(Chaotic Century, Guardian Force, New Century Zero, and Fuzors)?

Hasbro has no control over Zoids Genesis. Zoids Genesis was aquired by Viz Media, which has the release rights to Chaotic Century, Guardian Force, and New Century Zero, and Viz Media has announced they'll air it on Jetstream, but how soon is anyone's guess.
