This comedy centered on 3 sisters--their lives, their loves, and their interaction with each other.

Nora, as the oldest sister, is settled. She has a successful career and a loving husband.

Audie, the middle sister, is a recovering drug addict. She's struggling to get her life back on track and make it one her own.

Lily, the baby, is emotionally vulnerable. She's constantly searching for the right job, the right man, the right life.

The theme song is "Blood is Thicker than Mud" by George Clinton. Two years after this show was cancelled (1992), creator Heide Perlman decided to revive the idea. She reunited the cast and shot a pilot for the second try at the series. It never made it past the pilot stage.
