did anyone else feel the way i did about the final chunk of episodes of season 7, i know alot of people hated them but except for sleeper i thought they were all good, Lost and superntaural are my favriote shows, but after desent aried i was only thinking of smallville. the final scene at lionels funeral was so intense the you got the episode apacolypse and the one before the season finale and you can just feel that lex is truley going to go out with a bang, and seeing the previews for weeks of him in the arcitc was so cool. but then we get to the finale and the big cliff hanger was what we had been seeing in promos for weeks. i was so pissed. it made the whole storyline seem like a waist, and if michael doesnt come back for the preimere then that was the worst exit to a character ever, LEX of all people deserves a better ending

OK, to be honest, I enjoyed Apocalypse. It wasn't my favorite, but it was alright. I loved Descent. And I think Arctic would have been alright if it wasn't the season finale and MR's last episode. As it was, I was seriously let down.

Everything else fell into the "Fluff" or "Why the heck am I still watching this show?" catagories.

a portion of the season was a let down. most if not all of the kara amnesia storyline was all fluff. "hero" was a waste of a good opportunity to bring pete back. i felt a little on the fence about chloes storyline with the government. it just seems like they were doing it to give her a storyline but not putting much thought into giving her a decent one. but it does at the very least play into her work with the justice league.

I think I'm the only person who hated all of Season 7. Not one episode interested me, with the exception of the Green Arrow & Black Canary episode, but the epsiode itself was still a letdown. This show has definitely changed, it's become more a teen drama more than anything. Like One Tree Hill but with superpowers. The fact that they made Clark Kent/Superman into a pathetic, whiny teenager angers me. I can't say if I'll be tuning into Season 8.

Definitions for whining: Of or pertaining to whining; tending to whine or complain; fretful: habitually complaining.

When do you ever see Clark whine? Tell me some episodes where he flat out whines and acts childish. I can't seem to think of one. At least, I can't think of a situation where he whines and that garners and warrants all these comments of him being a whiny brat...

How about every tiime he complains about his powers or wants to be a normal human?

Since I don't have super-powers, I can't say how I would be if I had them. I might complain and whine about them too. So, I can't necessarily say that he's wrong. But, he does whine about them.

Although, it started being nice to see him use his powers and not really whine about them that much in season 7. I will admit that.

Yeah, I was going to say, I rarely saw him whine in season 7 or even 6 for that matter.

Just because he hasn't whined about his powers in a while, as you and I both agree with, doesn't mean that he has never whined. I thought of situations where he whines, and that's how he gets all the comments directed at him that he's a whiny brat.

Oh, here's one I forgot from season 7, and I'm sorry, guys. I can't believe I forgot this!

I thought the worst bit was where he refuses to save himself in Apocalypse even when Chloe is urging him because he thinks it's better he died. I wanted her to give him a swift kick up the arse wearing Kryptonite tipped boots.

Sure he whines, just not enough to warrant all this hate and commenting that he is a whiny brat and such.
