Mr. Mackey lectures the kids on the dangers of one of the latest crazes that kids are trying getting high by choking themselves and other methods. Butters mentions that his cousin told him about getting high with cat pee and the others don't believe him until Mr. Mackey confirms that it can get you really, really high with male cat urine "MmKay". The boys decide to see it for themselves and they get two male cats. Kenny gets hit in the face with a spray of urine and he goes on a trip inspired by the 1981 film "Heavy Metal." He encounters a woman with "awesome tits" and he is about to get busy with her when Cartman brings him back into reality, which pisses Kenny off. Evidently Kenny has been tripping all over town. Fox News covers this new craze, known as "cheesing" and Kyle's parents watch with horror. They bring it to the attention of other parents and Gerald drafts a bill that will make having a male cat in South Park illegal. The law is passed and male cats everywhere are taken into custody. Cartman hides Mr. Kitty up in his attic. Kenny hasn't been coming to school, Kyle thinks he's been cheesing. At home, Kenny is in fact cheesing, "Heavy Metal" style. He rescues the woman with "major boobage". At the McKormick home Kyle, Stan and Butters find Kenny cheesed out of his mind.

The boys try to get Kenny to stop cheesing; even threatening to tell on him. At the Cartman home, Mr. Kitty is making lots of noise. The neighbor's cat is outside and Mr. Kitty convinces Cartman to bring that cat into the attic; only the cat has a couple of friends and now Cartman has four cats. Meanwhile, Sheila finds a male cat in Kyle's dresser drawer and Kyle denies that it is his, saying that he is "holding it for a friend". Kyle is sent to his room and Gerald brings the cat downstairs; and despite being clean for ten years temptation takes over and Gerald cheeses himself "one last time". Under the influence, Gerald also finds himself in that "Heavy Metal" world. A woman knows that Cartman is hiding cats and she convinces him to add her cat to his collection. Cartman brings the cat up to the attic, only to find Kenny up there covered in cat urine, cheesing his brain out.

At Kyle's house, Stan and Cartman come over to tell Kyle that Kenny is "cheesing his f(beep)king balls off dude". They want him to come with in search of Kenny, but Kyle says that his dad has grounded him, only Kyle wonders what has become of his father. Gerald is still tripping and believes he is on his way to "awesome boobage" when he is told there is another suitor. That suitor turns out to be Kenny. The decision with be made at the Breastiary in Nippopolis, where Gerald and Kenny will battle. Out in the real world, Gerald (in his briefs) and Kenny are fighting in a playground sandbox, where everyone can see them. As the key proponent of the cat ban, a humiliated Gerald Broflovski (with Sheila standing by his side) makes a statement and the cat ban is lifted. Kenny in the meantime appears to be getting "super wasted" on life when he starts sniffing flowers.
