Plot Point 1: Molly's Vision

Molly warns that there is an enemy much worse than Sylar...an enemy she doesn't want to find because, when she thinks about him, he can see her.

Plot Point 2: Peter's Discovery

Peter has clairvoyant visions and flashes back to learn that his mother, Charles Deveaux, and Hiro's father were all allied with Linderman and aware of the impending disaster.

Plot Point 3: Matt's Fate

Sylar deflects Matt's bullets, causing them to hit Matt in the chest and knock him to the ground unconscious. Matt is later taken away in an ambulance, his condition unknown.

Plot Point 4: Sylar's Death

Hiro stabs Sylar in the chest, seemingly killing him.

Plot Point 5: Hiro and Takezo Kensei

Before dying, Sylar throws Hiro into a building. Hiro vanishes, later to appear in 17th-century Japan, where he finds himself witnessing a battle between a group of samurai and Takezo Kensei. Before the first blow is struck, an eclipse blocks out the sky.

Plot Point 6: Nathan and Peter's Explosion

Peter cannot control the nuclear reaction that is building within his hands, so Nathan flies Peter out into the atmosphere where we then see an explosion--supposedly the explosion of Peter and Nathan instead of the exploding of Manhattan.

Plot Point 7: Claire and HRG's Departure

Claire and her father leave to reunite their family

  • Great show , It's coming interesting every Episode.

  • Heroes is almost here!

  • I think I need to start from season 1 again ......

  • I love this show. It brings out the comic book geek in me!

  • Yay!!!!!!!

  • can't wait for the new season but i was really disappointed at the season finale cuz episodes within the season are better than the finale...it just doesn't make sense. There wasn't any fighting just words ..who gives a crap about that? I say more fighting and less talking!!!!! LOL

  • oh I can't wait till the season starts!! sounds awsome!

  • I never really watched this show..but Kristen Bell is joining and since VM was cancelled I need my Kristen fix. Sounds awesome!

  • so excited

  • OMG! I can't wait! They are actually showing Heroes on the same day they show it in America here in Australia! YAY!

  • Kaleb go watch back to the future again your grasp of time travel is rubbish

  • What I don't get is how, when Hiro travels to the future peter is alive and disgruntled but supposedly he blows up??? Does anybody else find that troublesome?

  • It seems Hiro and Takezo Kensei will be the departing point of season 2.I hope the series wont drop any of the actors and that Matt will survive, also that Nathan and Peter also will survive the Explosion.

  • I hope like someone said earlier that they don't take to many brakes during the season I like watching the series weeks after weeks. Heroes is one of the best series of last year with Jericho. tigger

  • What the final fight scean needed was Peter and Sylar doing more than just punching each other. They have the most powers out of all the hero's, and they just punch each other!?!? COME ON!!! Still, I can't wait for season 2 to start.

  • wating, but i will be later than all of you ,i am in china, maybe a week later,oh,my god!

  • I just hope they don't take too many Breaks this next Season. I have waited too long!

  • David Anders as the villian worse than Sylar is all you need.

  • I want to know what's become of Nathan and Peter, but I think they will keep that from us until it's almost out of our heads.

  • I get it, we were all expecting Peter to blow up eventually and we were expecting Claire to come in and shoot him and all that. Now at that point our attention is directed towards that possible outcome and then suddenly Nathan shows up to save the day, sacrificing himself. I get that and for that moment it was a surprise, it seemed Nathan was willing to let Peter explode and do nothing but he turned up to help his brother. Now what the creators need to do is follow through with Nathan being dead and not have an --Oh wait a minute, hes actually alive-- situation thus rendering his supposed sacrifice a useless thrill that becomes even more of a cop out... Overall the season was amazing, hands down one of the best shows of the year but when you achieve that with a show in its first season you need to end the season in a manor befitting previous events. I feel the finale was a bit of a let down and it was ended too quickly however I am really looking forward to the season two premiere and will be watching it on the edge of my seat! (To answer your question danbuffyfan, the reason he couldnt just fly away is because he needs to be able to focus to activate the power hes absorbed and he was completely out of control therefore unable to focus at that point maybe because he absorbed too many powers or simply because Spragues power is a raw destructive energy and Peter couldnt handle it anyways. Sprague himself lost control of his own power and ended up unintentionally hurting people.)
