  • The Vulture is erroneously referred to as "Vulture Man" in this story. edit »
  • This is the first and only time the Vulture is voiced by non-credited series regular Gillie Fenwick. Series star Paul Soles voiced all other Vulture appearances. edit »
  • The Vulture's costume is actually that of the second Vulture in the comic book, incorporating a helmet with a radio. It's not surprising that this Vulture costume was used since it was desinged by then-current Amazing Spider-man artist John Romita, who also served as the art director for the 1967 animated series.

  • "Captured by J. Jonah Jameson" features the longest change from Peter Parker into Spider-Man (and formed the foundation of the stock footage of Peter changing to his costume which would be used in subsequent episodes). Realizing the robot is following him and that he needs to discard his Peter Parker identity, the teenage photographer enters and alley and starts slipping off his suit jacket. After a brief cutaway to the robot, Peter is seen slipping off his white button down shirt to reveal his costume and pulling on his mask to become Spider-Man. His suit jacket and undone necktie and seen strewn over the crates in front of him. edit »
