Well I am actually glad Kansas lost becasue I am hoping Penn State moves up because of it.

BYU kicked UCLA all over the place today. 59-0!

If UCLA is that bad, what does that say about UT.

This could be the worst Bruins team in decades.

As for my Redbirds- we beat Murray State 42-23. Geno Blow and Parrish Fisher combined for 172 yards rushing and four touchdowns.

Now that's a shocker. Duke is one of those schools where one sport dominates over the other, so at least their football team is finally getting their share of the spotlight.

Well before the scandal there were two powerhouse teams at Duke. Lacrosse and Basketball!

Perhaps, but when was the last time NCAA lacrosse aired on ESPN?

Don't they show a game each week during the playoffs? I haven't seen it for a while but I used to always search the channels and saw Johns Hopkins and Syracuse.

Penn State creams Temple...yet again. This ends our off-season schedule that was filled with cupcake teams. Finally we get some competition, no offense to the teams we beat but this gaem against Illinois is a major game for our season. Win it and we have huge momentum leading into the rest of our conference schedule los and we could lose 3 or so more games. With Michigan rebuilding and Ohio State not playing like themselves this is our year to win the big ten (not tie for first). Wisconsin and Ohio State will hopefully slip up soon.

What a wild day for sports (at least for me, anyway). Northwestern is 4-0 for the first time in 4 1/2 decades, while the ISU Redbirds' D is still giving up 25 points a game.

Hope we don't play as sloppy vs Illinois as we did today and they better fix the kick off coverage before Benn and the Illini come to town.

Temples Travis Shelton had 149 yards on 3 returns, 11 more yards than Temple had of total offense with 138

Should be a good game though, night game, full stadium white out, The Beav will be rockin!

We got beat by MSU, our first loss of the season. Javon Ringer torched our defense like I expected. Next test is Purude, anyone could take this game
