The painting of the matador in Morn's room, that ended up smashed over Quark's head, was bought by Morn in episode In The Cards. Ironically, it was sold to Morn in a auction held by Quark.

The bar patron Quark encourages to fill Morn's vacant seat is actually played by an out-of-makeup Mark Allen Shepherd.
(edit)
Quark: There's no latinum in these bars. It's just gold. Worthless.
Odo: And it's all yours. (edit) Odo: Poor fool. He actually believed you cared about him.
Quark: I did. I was up for hours last night thinking about him.
Odo: Calculating his net worth, no doubt. (edit) Quark: I wonder who came up with the idea of suspending liquid latinum inside worthless bricks of gold?
Jadzia: Probably someone who got tired of making change with an eyedropper. (edit) Odo: You're respect for the dead is heartwarming.
Quark: I'll have you know Morn died without paying this month's tab.
Odo: How inconsiderate of him! (edit) Quark: Take that gold dust of yours. It doesn't have to be a total loss. I hear there are some primitive cultures that consider it quite valuable. (edit)
