Caldwell: Yeah. We keep trying to remove that from the terminals on the Daedalus, but somehow the crew keeps finding a way of putting it back.
Weir: Never get between a genius and a computer game. (edit) (About his security detail)
Sheppard: Look, I've made a new friend.
Weir: It's only protocol.
Sheppard: That's your answer for everything. (edit) Weir: John? So, this is when I usually ask you a stupid quesion, like how are you feeling. John? John? Our team got back from the mission.
(Sheppard suddenly appears behind her, the retrovirus extremely advanced)
Weir: The nest was too well protected. We were unable to retrieve the eggs. They tried their best.
Sheppard: Best?
Weir: The bugs attacked.
Sheppard: Try again.
Weir: I can't do that.
Sheppard: Why?
Weir: John...
Sheppard: No.
Weir: I understand-
Sheppard: If yo won't, then kill me now.
Weir: John...
Sheppard: It's better for the both of us.
Weir: I can't do that.
Sheppard: Then try again.
(Weir shakes her head no. Sheppard grabs her by the throat and puts her up against the wall)
Weir: We lost Walker and Stevens. I won't send another team. I won't risk more lives.
(Sheppard drops her and leaves the room, taking out the two guards at the door)
Weir: This is Weir, we have a security breach. Colonel Sheppard's quarters. (edit) Sheppard: We're gonna beat this...Beckett will figure this out...You're gonna be fine? You really suck at the whole bedside manner thing.
Weir: I know, I'm sorry.
Sheppard: But I appreciate the effort. (edit) Weir: Look, you're very worried.
Sheppard: No, no, no it's a...One of the best weeks of my life is when I got my wisdom teeth out. I was on codiene for a full seven days, this is kinda the same. I know I should be in pain, or the very least freaked out by this and I'm not. That freaks me out more then anything. (edit)

Nitpick: The radios on a Atlantis must work REALLY well. When Sheppard wakes up and notices that his injury is getting worse, he puts his radio on, clicks it on, and says "Hey Doc, this is Shepherd". Some how, the communications systems just knows that, of all the doctors on Atlantis, the Doc he wants is Carson. (edit) Goof: When Carson radios Elizabeth to meet her in her office he is wearing his lab coat. When he arrives in the control room he has changed to his expedition jacket. Then he changes back into his lab coat when he returns to the Infirmary. In the middle of a crisis that threatens the life of one of the top expedition members, not to mention one of his closest friends, Carson spent a lot of time changing his jacket. (edit) Goof: When the team arrives at the beginning of the episode, it's meant to be a direct continuation from "Instinct" (as Sheppard is still bleeding). Beckett, however, is on Atlantis in his regular uniform, despite being offworld and in BDUs at the end of "Instinct." (edit) This episode was actress Rachel Luttrell's first on-screen kissing scene. To make her even more nervous her parents were on set while she and Joe Flanigan were filming it. (edit) When Sheppard is walking across the Iratus cave you can see that he steps on one of the CG Iratus bugs. (edit)
