When Harold the Security Guard races in his patrol car towards the thieves, in the shot looking from behind Harold through the windshield (most probably a body double) he is wearing a Security Guard cap – yet when Harold scrambles out of the patrol car, there is absolutely no sign of such a cap anywhere near him. (edit) When Hutch sits down at the cafeteria table with Melinda and Barbara, he makes a thing of taking his jacket off and flipping his tie over his shoulder to stop it dangling in his food. Yet in following close-up shots of him, his tie is back hanging downwards, and it's position changes back-and-fourth several times until Melinda points out that it's in the way of his meal and he flips it back (again).
