Steve's favorite sports teams are: San Francisco Giants, Pittsburg Steelers, and Roush Racing. (edit) Steve's first job was at the Red Barn, in Campbell, California. He was too young to receive an actual paycheck, so he swept up the place in exchange for food. (edit) Steve's favorite actors are: Andy Garcia, Dustin Hoffman, and Forrest Whitaker. His favorite actresses are: Susan Sarandon, Annette Bening, and Ashley Judd. (edit) Steve sponsors events that benefit Homestead Hospital in Miami, Florida through NASCAR as well. He does autograph signings, and meet & greets with the fans for donations to the children's health funds. Steve is always amazed at the fans generosity, one man in particular, who gave an additional $200.00 for his $5.00 NASCAR sticker. (edit) Steve took his first ride in a race car with Dale Earnhardt, Jr. He rode alongside the famous driver at least 5 times, and was in awe each time at the ease in which he handled the speed.
