He appears with his TV Wife and TV Mother-in-law in Reba's video for the song "Every Other Weekend". (edit) In the late 1990's, Steve worked as a waiter at "Grady's American Grill" in Littleton, Colorado. (edit) Steve Howey is currently in a relationship with Sarah Shahi. They met during taping of Reba Season 3, in an episode entitled To Tell You The Truth!. Sarah plays Kate, the team's publicist. (edit) He enjoys writing in his free time. (edit) His independent film, Class, was accepted into the Denver International Film Festival.

Steve: Around the time of prom, I had a girlfriend but I didn't want to ask her in the basic way, so I went up in the mountains and hid a rose and a card that said, "Will you do the honor of accompanying me to the prom?' A couple of hours later, I asked her if she wanted to go for a walk. So we went along the same trail and when we came to the rose and card, I said, 'What is that?' and she was like, 'Oh my God! Somebody left something here. Then she picked it up and saw her name on it. (edit) Steve: I can see why so many regard Reba so highly. She is genuine, a good person, a sweetheart. Reba is not afraid to let the clown come out. That means she likes to have fun, too. (edit) Steve: Second best is not good enough really. Although if someone turned around now and said you will be promoted, but you will come in second, then I would take it. (edit) Steve: I never leave home without: My bag of all my stuff. Shirt, socks, underwear, toothbrush. Things happen and you never know when you might need a new pair of drawers. (edit)
