Claudia looks forward to the second live performance from the couples. The weekly prediction panel join Claudia in the studio. Amongst them are the judges and costume desigers for the show. They take a look at what the contestants will be wearing and dancing to, as well as looking at rehearsal footage and offering their opinions on their progress. Claudia also chats live to the couples on the Strictly Come Dancing set, having a final run through before tomorrow's performance, trying to calm nerves and anxieties.

Claudia chats to charmer Anton Du Beke about his new dance partner Patsy Palmer. Since Jade and her partner Andrew Cuerden have been voted off the show, they have come to chat to Claudia about their dismissal and where they think they went wrong. Claudia also provides an exclusive backstage look at the Saturday night show.

Claudia Winkleman chats to the three-time escapees, Fiona and Brendan who have managed to escape the public vote despite coming bottom with the judges. Head judge, Len Goodman is also in the studio to discuss the celebrities techniques and their Saturday night performance, giving Claudia a taster of what true ballroom dancing is about. Zoe and Ian, no longer favourites with the judges, and new teachers' pets Patsy and Anton discuss their views of their perfomances.

Host, Tess Daly explains why her role in the show is the best position to be in, whilst Darren and Lilia argue over whether or not they practise enough. Darren's friends from Yorkshire provide an alternative judging panel, and we take a look at the contestants Paso Doble training. A new section has been added to the show called, "A Day in the Life of... " where Dennis Taylor has cameras following him on a typical day, involving dancing and speeches. Bill and Karen meanwhile are still ranting on about the judges; unfair comments the previous week and Claudia tries to calm them down.

Craig Revel Horwood, aka "The mean one" gives his opinion on Saturday's choreography and Claudia gives us the countdown of the top five "horrible judge moments". Not suprisingly Craig takes the top three spots. Will, Hanna, James and Camilla all come in to discuss their performances and how their training is going this week.

It is the Monday after the quarterfinals and so once again our screens are filled with all the backstage dramas and traumas of Saturday night. Patsy and Anton, the eighth couple to be eliminated talk to Claudia about how they felt after leaving the show, and how much they have enjoyed the past two months training and dancing together. Judge Craig Revel Horwood and previous contestant Will Thorp are on the sofa discussing their own opinions of Saturday night, and who they thought should be in the final.

37. The Eighth Tuesday

Claudia talks to Colin after being the first male celebrity to receive a ten from the judges, and Erin is equally as pleased. However, they are now training for the Jive and so far it has been an extremely difficult and stressful dance. Lilia and Darren are also in the studio to settle the matter of his arms for one final time. Other things discussed by the rugby hunk include James Bond suits and the countdown to the final show. Once again, Len talks Claudia through the Saturday dances with his weekly Masterclass, focusing on the celebrities’ technique.

38. The Eighth Wednesday

Camilla Dallerup and chef James Martin talk to Claudia about their high drama Saturday night, after performing their best ballroom dance of the series, and then were slated by the judges for their Latin dance. They discuss their opinions and look forward to the semi-final. Series two runner- up Ian Waite also pops into the studio to see whether he can improve on last year’s result or whether he is just going to enjoy the ride.

39. The Eighth Thursday

Strictly Come Dancing presenter and legend, Bruce Forsyth is in the studio and gives his insights into the show and reveals his unique view of behind the scenes on Saturday nights. As with every other Thursday, Craig Revel Horwood gives his opinion on how the couples will cope with their dances on Saturday night after trawling through hours of rehearsal footage. Brendan and Anton are in the studio to provide us with a little treat.

40. The Eighth Friday

Claudia crosses live to the final dress rehearsals for Saturday’s show and Anton teams up with Julie Bamborough, the winner of the competition to dance a foxtrot, and received a trophy for her efforts. It is time once again for Friday’s Prediction Panel to review music, costume and performances for the big night. Among those discussing the dancers this week is Boyd Hilton from Heat magazine, judge Arlene Phillips, Strictly Come Dancing costume designer, Malene Van Hauen and Strictly Dance Fever host, Graham Norton.

Since James and Camilla were voted out of the competition on Saturday night, Claudia talks to the disappointed couple who felt that while it would have been wonderful to be in the final, the best three dancers went through. However they still looked heartbroken. All four judges will be in the studio, and fortunately no one was killed. They look back at the performances from the previous weekend and look forward to the final. Fiona Phillips returns to the dance studio once again to take part in a special Len Masterclass to improve her confidence and technique for her appearance in the final show.

Colin and Erin discuss their feelings about reaching the final and how the preparations are going for Saturday. Lesley Garrett, and her partner from series one, Anton du Beke drop into the studio to talk about what she has been up to since the end of the first series and how she feels to have danced with Anton. Len takes Claudia on one of his Masterclasses again and discusses the technique of all the dancers and celebrities on Saturday night. We also take a trip down memory lane with clips from Len's dancing past.

Colin and Erin are in the studio to discuss how their final week of training is getting on. Will Young is in the studio to discuss his views on the competition this year, and performs his new single All Time Love. Bill Turnbull is also in the studio, and reveals his new dance partner, his wife, Sissy. Evander Holyfield, from Dancing With The Stars and his new partner, Karen Hardy, discuss their training for the Christmas Special.

Claudia chats to Rachel Hunter on her appearance on the american version of the show, Dancing With the Stars and talks about her new dance partner, Brendan. Darren and Lilia talk about their shock of reaching the final, and Darren gets a suprise when his best friend and his dad go to a dance lesson and dance the rumba.

This is the final episode of the show before the final and everyone's nerves are building up. The “Old Vote” from the first episode of Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two return and tell Claudia who they think will win the competition, and whether their opinion of the judges has changed. The prediction panel this week are judges, Arlene Phillips and Craig Revel Horwood, ex-competitor Will Thorp and Series Two Runner-up, Denise Lewis.

Darren and Lilia appear on the show after their victory on Saturday and discuss their disbelief on winning the competition. Claudia also looks back at the highlights of this series of the show.
