Hooker: It was a bad decision, Romano! You reacted emotionally in a situation that could have been potentially dangerous. That punk with the gun was firing at me... at us!
Romano: I know. I screwed up. And whatever you want to do is okay with me.
Hooker: What I want to do is make sure I can depend on you. Right now I'm not sure that I can. (edit) Romano: What are you, kiddin'? Women on a football team? (laughs) Who thought up that idea?
Sheridan: I thought it would be a good arena to display the equality of police officers, Romano. Inter-gender relations, so to speak. What do you think?
Romano: (long pause) You're absolutely right, that's a great idea, sir. (edit) Hooker: Have downtown pull some bodies off the dope squad.
Sheridan: No, Hooker, drugs are an epidemic out there, too!
Hooker: Yeah, right, and for every kid taking dope there are seven drinking hard liquor. Tell 'em that. Tell 'em my beat is turning into a teenage graveyard. (edit) (teenagers have been killed in a drunk driving crash)
Romano: Traffic unit scooped up all these personal effects, scattered all over the scene.
Hooker: There's two of them that won't be needing theirs anymore. (edit) (after Romano inadvertantly fired up the women to beat the men at football)
Stacy: You did it Romano. You made us all agressive. In fact, you got all the women so filled with hatred, we could have beat the Pittsburgh Steelers!
Romano: Yeah, yeah, well, I-- I had that all planned. It was a great coaching technique, wasn't it?
Crowd: No! No. No good! No, no, no!
Romano: I did it! I did it! (edit)

Romano is taking target practice, with not only the noise of the gun blasts to hear over, but a pair of ear protectors, yet when Hooker walks up behind him and starts talking to him, he hears him, instantly.
