Kitty: Eric, what are you doing? It's one o'clock in the morning.
Eric: I'm just finishing up some homework. What are you doing down here?
Kitty: Oh, well, Snow White came down to gun a stick. (Kitty lights a cigarette) (edit) Fez: Goodbye, Eric, I am going home now.
Eric: No, Fez! You haven't met grandma!
Fez: Oh, hello, grandma! (He sees her feet) Oh! In my village we worship feet. And these dogs are a holy treasure. (edit) Red: Eric, I love your grandmother very, very much. I just can't talk to her or spend any time with her. (edit) Donna (to Jackie and Kelso): Finally. Where have you guys been?
Kelso: We had to look for the paper, and eat, and then some stuff happened, you know.
Eric: Your shirt's on inside out.
Kelso: Yeah, that's the stuff. (edit)

When they are eating dinner Eric says "Grandma, that's Donna. You've known her for 16 years." But how could she have known her for 16 years, when the Pinciottis moved in when Eric and Donna were 7? That would make for 10 years. However, in the pilot episode, Donna says to Eric, "Eric, relax. We've lived next door to each other forever. You could've had me when I was four." (edit) When Kitty goes into the basement and asks for a cigarette, notice that the sleeve of the person that hands her the cigarette does not match that of any of the characters' clothing.
Reponse: The sleeve is not supposed to match any of the kids in the basement, this is a joke on the audience. We, along with Kitty, are never supposed to know who it was that gave her the cigarette. (edit)

Godspell was a 1973 movie and 1971 musical based on the Gospel according to Matthew. (edit) Grandma Forman: I'm going to watch Lawrence Welk with my new friend (Fez). You up for another foot rub, Desi?

The Lawrence Welk Show was a one-hour music program which ran from 1955 to 1982, and was popular with people of Grandma Forman's age group.

Desi Arnaz was a Cuban band leader who became famous as Ricky Ricardo on the I Love Lucy show. (edit) Kelso: I mean, Steve Martin's hosting on Saturday Night.

Steve Martin was very popular for his stand-up comedy in the mid-70s; October 23, 1976 was his first time hosting Saturday Night Live, a 90-minute live comedy program which began in 1975 and is still running today. (edit) Episode Title: Sunday, Bloody Sunday
