Face returns to his orphanage for a reunion and meets an old friend's sister, who's worried about her brother's disappearance, and an old girlfriend, who is in cahoots with Fulbright to trap Face for the reward. While running away from the army, they have to find the missing brother.

Goof:
During the car/boat chase scene Fulbright's car jumps off the end of the pier. An underview of the airborn car reveals an empty engine compartment! You can also clearly see the car has no motor when it comes to rest in the water. (edit) Goof:
When Barry is being pulled out of the water by the villians it is clear that the boat is moving, but when the camera changes angle, it is clearly not moving. (edit) Goof:
In this episode you can clearly see that General Fulbright's unit on his uniform as airborne division when he should be considered military police. (edit)
