An Army doctor who once saved B.A.'s life calls in his debt by asking the A-Team to help deal with gangsters who came to the tropical island where the doctor has built a clinic. The A-Team heads out to fight back, but first they have to get there.

Falani: Four men come out of nowhere and think they can defeat an army.
Face: Well, we've done it before. (edit) B.A.: How you know the truck was gonna be there?
Hannibal: Well, I didn't 'til, 'til Murdock told me.
B.A.: You didn't have no plan! You didn't have no plan 'til now!
Hannibal: It's not when you have a plan, it's when you have a plan. (edit) Murdock: Why don't we get our own island? I always wanted to start a democratic society, run my own country.
B.A.: Cool it, Murdock, you can't even run your own mind.
Murdock: Well, that wasn't very nice of you, B.A. I was thinkin' of making you an ambassador to the coniferous trees...
B.A.: Yeah, maybe you can make me sergeant of arms, so I can throw you out the country. (edit) Hannibal: I don't know which I hate the most: hard narcotics or slavery, so I'm coming back tomorrow, and I'm going to cream your whole operation. (edit)
