Trivia

Castaic Junction (last seen in the "Black Day at Bad Rock" episode) makes a brief appearance in this episode: Watch for the Chevron station and the restaurant with "Ham" in big letters on the roof during the limo chase. (edit)
Though the episode is set mostly in Las Vegas, it was (of course) shot in Los Angeles. The helicopter takes off from the roof of the Millennium Biltmore Hotel (City National Bank is visible in the background). (edit)
Goof: In the motel room, before Hannibal unlocks the case, his cigar is clenched in his teeth. When he says, "We stack the deck in our favor," his cigar is nowhere in sight. In the next shot, it's back in his mouth. (edit)
When the team first enters the Elvis Presley suite, there's a (supposedly) marble statue to the left of the doorway. When the door swings open, the slight impact is enough to make the whole statue wobble. Somehow, I don't think it was really marble. (edit)

Murdock is watching a Woody Woodpecker cartoon in the motel room. The original Woody Woodpecker series ran from October 3, 1957, to September 23, 1958, and was then in syndication until 1966. It resurfaced on network television in 1970 with 26 new episodes, and has appeared sporadically in syndication ever since. (edit)
Jilly: I grabbed this thing out of the room, Mr. Christian. It was attached to the phone. I think it's one of them scramblers, I betcha. I seen one just like it once on Mission: Impossible.

The original Mission: Impossible series ran on CBS from September 1966 to March 1973. (edit)
