When Jimmy is turning into the Hulk-like creature, his eyes change from blue to green, the same way Danny Fenton's(from Danny Phantom) does when he is angry or when he changes from Danny Fenton to Danny Phantom. (edit) Mrs. Fowl: Her perch.

While Mrs. Fowl sits on the park bench, Cindy constantly throws random objects at her. The second time something is thrown at Mrs. Fowl, the large sombrero sign, she jumps up onto the bench and perches on it like a bird would; alluding to her namesake. Sheen's ability to vibrate his molecules at superhuman speed is very similiar to "The Flash's." In addition, Sheen's orange costume has little wings at his head, which is also very similiar to The Flash's orange-red costume. (edit)
