Matchstick's resident flower expert, Chuck (who arranges flowers as part of his business) decides that the team should focus on one type of flowers (tulips) and sell them in bundles, while Primarius gets a celebrity floral designer on board and is able to mark up prices on flower arrangements significantly.
Things get chaotic for Matchstick, with all team members having different ideas and no one willing to listen to anyone else. Chuck, project manager, announces he wants to leave the loft and quit, but his teammates talk him out of it.
In the end, Matchstick loses by quite a large margin. Chuck brings back Dawn and Jim because of their deep-rooted rivalry, but he himself essentially wants to leave, admitting he can't work well in the situation that the show requires him to, so Martha elminates Chuck.
