The remaining contestants try their hand at creating a themed lifestyle suite in a New York City hotel. Both teams face imminent failure, as one struggles with a Project Manager while the other races against time. The winners are greeted by Martha Stewart in a personal visit, but the losers must pay the price in the conference room.

Because she was brave enough to go over to a losing team and try to lead them, Leslie received a free pass from Martha.

Goof: Oddly, the recap of the previous episode included unseen clips of Primarius's reaction to finding out that Bethenny, Jim, and Shawn were called back to the Conference Room. Even more surprising, the opening sequence wasn't shown until after Primarius's reaction to Shawn's firing was shown.

Dawn faced the Conference Room each time she was on the losing team, right up until her firing.

The Project Managers in this episode are Leslie for Matchstick and Amanda for Primarius. Amanda's team wins.
