Jed: Well Pearl, uh, go on ahead. Women and children first, that’s the rule.
Pearl: That’s the rule fer fire, flood, and disaster.
Jed: (to Pearl and Jethro) Well, seems to me Granny’s tonic oughtta fit in there somewhere. (edit) (Granny says that her and Pearl found something out about Gloria while the two were gone to get Jed to stay away from her)
Jed: What cha find out?
Granny: She’s a spy.
Jed: A spy?!
Granny: From one of them fereign nations.
Jed: Which one?
Granny: Minneapolis, or Wisconsin. (edit)
