I was thinking about THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES and came up with an idea for a story. Jethro wants to go to Hawaii to become a police detective "like that guy on the show, HAWAII FIVE-NAUGHT." So the rest of the family goes along with him in a tale that's a combination of HAWAII 5-0(Jethro even wears his hair like Jack Lord's), MA & PA KETTLE GO TO WAKIKI and the "Hawaiian Connection" three-parter on SANFORD & SON.
